I just went and picked up my takeout order for a Philly steak with extra cheese. Omg this is just what I needed. Fast and delicious! They were super slow and the employee who greeted me was very friendly and polite. Im so glad I have them a try.

Wings were good but fish was cooked too hard. Seems like every visit the prices increase slightly. Ordered 5 wings and 2 piece fish which didn’t include a side for $15.99. Seems like it should have come with a side or celery/carrots but no. It included a dressing but when I asked for tartar for the fish cashier proceeded to ring it up for 85 cents. Really no tartar included for fish?? My son ordered fried rice which now the Yum yum sauce supplier is supposedly not making it. I think I will start looking for a new wings place going forward.

Always had nice hot food from here…went this past Saturday paid their high prices and the shrimp fried rice was extremely hard and under cooked…called them to voice my concerns, lady who answered phone asked me to speak slow then hung up in my face…unacceptable will not be patronizing this establishment ever again!!

Last time here. Seems to be under new management or ownership. Prices have easily come up 25-30% in the last month. Got charged $5 for extra meat on Philly sub and I would even question if I got jist regular meat. Order was also made wrong. When shown wrong order, I was told they couldn’t remake it because they asked and I said yes to how they made it wrong. Customer directly behind me even spoke up saying they never asked. Employees did nothing. Waste of a $16 dollar meal. No longer recommend this place.

Last time I ordered food from here I ordered in store and waited til they were finished. I got to my car and the food was cold. Now I ordered here at least 10 times before food was always hot. This one time I called in to let them know because I had just pulled off the owner became super aggressive over the phone because I said the food was cold. Super shocking and confusing. During his yelling on the phone he also made a racial slur referring to me as you people! I’ll never support them again. These owners are most likely not even citizens of US, but had the nerve to refer to me an ACTUAL CITIZEN as you people. News flash your business receives most of your business from AMERICANS…humble yourself you can be shut down just as fast as you opened‼️ They are racist stop supporting people like this. They come to our country and get rich off of us when they secretly don’t like us. Americans could never go to China/Korea open a business and be successful like they are here. Stop supporting these kind of people‼️

Very disappointed. This used to be my go-to Friday night spot for wings. I love the favor variety however over the last 6 months the quality has dropped way off. It’s apparent the owner is trying to save money by purchasing chicken wings that are about 1/2” long and still have the wing attached. Used to be the best place to get nice jumbo wings fried up nicely.

Will definitely never eat at this American Deli again. Customer service sucks and apparently they don’t know the menu or how to inform customers that they are unable to fulfill an order as requested. Such a shame became American deli has been one of my favorite wing places for most of my life… this one just sucks
