Now, I hate I didn’t take pics, but ummm when I tell you this American Deli surprise me due to others I’ve been to. The food was so good and fresh. When I say tasty, cooked to perfection, and was fresh and hot, yes..yes..yes..and yes!!! We placed an order around 6:45. They close at 10pm per the website and sign on the door. When someone arrived to pick up the order at 8:05 they said they were closed and “had put the food back already”. There was no call, no updated info, and we were hung up on upon calling back for clarification. Regardless of the weather conditions, it’s very unprofessional to have this level of poor communication with a patron. I do wish this business well in the future and wish my experience could have been better so I, too, could see what the hype is about.

We ordered through Door dash and my order VERY WRONG. I ordered 2 Grilled Chicken salads. I don’t know what kind of salad American deli made. There was NO grilled chicken… unsure what type meat was on the salad. And it was drenched in Italian dressing. I will NEVER order through them AGAIN!!!

Although the food is good, the customer service is awful, I must say. There is poor management, and the women working the front desk don’t comb their hair, can’t speak over the music, and provide lousy customer service. While receiving orders, the majority of them are on their cellphones. At this location, it’s ghetto. The food is simply a modest plus.
