More than just tapas, the Anima menu includes EDO favorites like Green Tartare, the Bikini, and the intensely fresh Strawberry Granita to the west side of the Las Vegas Valley. Diners can expect new dishes at Anima, including appetizers like Peruvian Scallops Crudo with Persimmon Salpicón, and Salicornia Dressing, and Bagna Cauda – Piedmont Anchovies & Garlic Dip, Fried Polenta, and Crudité. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. This restaurant is unlike any other I’ve ever been to. I attended for a work dinner and as soon as you sit down, you’re taken through an experience. From the sparkling staff, to the ambiance, the location, the food presentation, and the owner will talk to you one-on-one like you’re family. I can’t say enough amazing things about this place – hoping it’s here to stay! The food will take you on a journey to other countries bite by bite. You’ll want to stay for more than 2-3 hours. There’s nothing like it. 100 stars.

This place was phenomenal. Jannae, our server, and Paolo, our sommelier, were top-notch. Not to mention that every server knew what to do where. Pour the water, wipe the table, change the plates, change the silverware, bring a drink, check on the experience, food, etc. The restaurant was just awarded a James Beard award for best restaurant, I must agree. The fusion between Asian, Spanish, and Italian has an amazing effect on the palate. Paolo, the somm was able to accommodate the fact that I can not drink anything with carbonation. He was able to pivot the first round of the wine pairings to the tasting menu and took his time to explain every bit of where the wine came from, how old the vines were, and why the grapes had a certain flavor. Incredible knowledge, and he has a massive passion for wine and the background of each pairing plus why it pairs with each dish.

This place will make your night a memorable!This was our first time here and we cannot stop talking about it! Everything from the crafted Gin and Tonic station, talented and knowledgeable staff, to the Tomahawk Short Rib – the careful attention to detail is evident! We had the Chefs Tasting Menu and so glad we did! We were able to try small samples of what Anima has to offer. We were not disappointed with anything! Julio was very attentive and asked if we had any dietary restrictions. We will definitely be back! Whether it’s for just the drink menu or a special occasion – Anima delivers! Also, Paolo is a treasure!

We did the tasting menu and added the wine pairing. Love the waitstaff and the sommelier. Also the chef and owners came by and said hello. This is a good introduction to Michelin star cooking, but it actually tastes good at Anima. Art comes second.

Wow! Great experience. Food was amazing! Lots vegetarian options as well. The Green Tartare, Andalusian Beets & Tartare, Tuna Tartare, Eggplant Parmigniano and Mushroom Rissoto all rocked. Service was professional yet very friendly. Great wine selection. What’s not to love! Can’t wait to go back!

I have dined at Anima three times now and all occasions have been memorable. The first time I did the seasonal tasting and wine pairing. It was during this meal that we found out about Anima’s monthly Wine Dinners. I have since attended the Wine Dinners religiously! They will organize a wine company and pair their offers with awesome food. The photos below are from the May 2023 Wine Dinner. The standout for me this time was the Tuna Crudo. Big thick pieces of tuna with great sauce. But it is all good! I am now booked in to go back again and again and again.

What a great off the strip spot. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The food is delicious. The potato bravas! The lobster crostini! The carpaccio! To die for!! All of the amazing vegetarian options. So original with great flavors.
