First the place was well staff but still had to wait to place my order inside. My order was fairly large feeding my three sons and wife. I ordered the number 11 smokehouse beef. My wife ordered the gyro . Both were cold after a 10 min drive home. My sandwich did not come with the cheese and was poorly made. I held a high standard on Arby’s but this is the worse the McDonald’s quality.

Went to Arby’s in Marion nc to order for my large family order was 4 beef and cheddar and 5 regular roast beef and 5 med fries when order was placed me and my family had to listen to the girl making the order raise cain and complain saying she was not making it to get real when I said something about it her female friend said we were telling a lie well my whole family heard it and two customers that didn’t even know us left . I’m extremely disappointed in how unprofessional this restaurant is it was one of my favorite places to eat

Wife and I first went inside, a cashier was behind the counter. She said I’m off the clock, a person with order headset on came to counter. Seemed not concerned that we were standing there. We left the inside and drove thru the drive thru and got better service.

Well I pulled up to a line of vehicles that circled around the building and after 5 minutes I realized no cars were moving so I got out of line and went next door to Bojangles where they took my order immediately and I had my food from Bojangles within 3 minutes.

It was horrible visit I was waiting for 20mins before my order was taken to tell me they ran out of roastbeef .they gave drive through for 20 minutes roast beef. Then the chicken was hard and it made me sick. I understand being short of help but dang. I won’t go back for a long time
