Took a while just to get my order taken even though nobody was in the line. Maybe 15 minutes or so standing at the counter and 2 workers looked right at me multiple times. But food was good. Not a bad place to eat just don’t go there if you’re in a hurry

I ordered a large lemonade and got charged for a large lemonade and instead of telling me they were out of large cups the window person said yeah that’s a large, mind you I had my order from the other day with my large lemonade cup still in my car so I said are you sure and she says yeah, so without arguing and causing a scene I just left.. It just leaves a bad taste in your mouth when you get lied to and charged for something you didn’t get!!

Every time I go here there’s something wrong with my order. Tonight I was the only person in the drive thru and the only customer in the restaurant, but had to pull forward away from the window. Then after waiting for about five minutes to get my two beef and cheddars, a Reuben and mozzarella sticks, I’m missing my mozzarella sticks. No big deal. I just pulled back through the drive-thru and ask for mozzarella sticks, But then I’m given the soggiest most disgusting cheesesticks I’ve ever had in my life. You would think that after having to wait for my food and being the only person there that they were dropping fresh mozzarella sticks but I guess that’s not the case. Gross…

Only ones there. The staff was rude, the food was cold and I was served literal crumbs for fries. The manager was loudly reprimamanding an employee in front of us while all the other employees watched instead of acknowledging us (the ONLY customers). Took at least 3 minutes before anyone even looked our way. After receiving our food I proceeded to find the cleanest dirty table to listen to more attitude in the kitchen. Very disappointed, used to be much better.
