Stopped at this Arby’s on a Saturday night just after 8pm. After trying to go to Wendy’s and McDonald’s. Just like them the doors were locked and inside looked like it had been mopped for the night. The door said the lobby stayed open til 11pm. We wanted to get out and stretch our legs not stay in the car and go through the drive thru. This location is right off the Interstate so I can only imagine the kids working closed early because it was slow. I hope someone in charge sees this and remedies the employees from closing down the dining room before the posted time. We left and went to Waffle House down the road.

Literally something wrong with every item we ordered. 2 apps no sauce. No sauce for nugget kids meal. Ordered 2 medium roast beef combos and they were smaller than an original. Not worth 40 bucks. These folks need some guidance

This Arby’s is disgusting. The condiments were all over the place. The containers that the straws etc. were in looked like they have not been cleaned in months. There was dirt ALL OVER the floor and the tables and seats were disgusting. There was only 2 customers in the store and an employee was over there and saw the mess and just left it. The bathrooms were so nasty I just turned around and walked out.

The restaurant was completely empty. But I felt like I was being rushed to order. Some of my food was hot, and the rest was extremely cold. Never have I ever stepped foot in Arby’s before, I will never eat there again.

I saw the sign that said two fish sandwiches for $7 on the Marquee and I also saw it on the windows so I drove around to drive through in order to fish sandwiches plain with only cheese when I got to the window they charge me double for the fish sandwiches and they did not ring up the correct beef and cheddar either but I asked the lady aren’t the fish sandwiches on sale two for $7 and she said I did not tell her I wanted the deal of two for $7 I just said I wanted two fish sandwiches and I said are you serious right now and she said yes but anyway somebody came over and did something to the cash register and gave me back $3 and something and then gave me my food and rush me on out I’m in front of the window then when I got home the fish sandwiches were not the way I ordered them and they were old and I stressed out the window that I did not mind waiting for the product to be cooked fresh and it was still not cooked fresh and made wrong instead of getting a half a pound beef and cheddar I got the double beef and cheddar which was not what I ordered it’s like every time I go to that Arby’s on New Franklin Road in LaGrange it’s always something

Decent food, not much complaint. But only criticism would come from the drive through service, I mean, where’s the upbeat attitude? Where’s the “happy to serve you?” What you get is lifeless, low speaking, trying to sound cool attitude. It just reminds me that “other” places do encourage proper, upbeat attitudes. And this only encourages us to visit them again. Again, the drive through guy wasn’t rude or had bad attitude, just dull and had a “have to be here” mood instead of “happy to be here” attitude. There’s a difference.

Very dirty floors, drink area, and dining room. Bathroom wasn’t stocked and when I let the employee know, got the brush off. Food was OK, not the best but the curly fries were hot at least.
