I had the Roast beef sandwich with mozzarella sticks, The cheese sticks was cold , I can not show the sandwich because it had so much cheese sauce till it was a hot mess! I asked for no Onions, got a lot of them , Tomatoes could have better if they wasn’t soggy uughh.. I will try again later

The staff greeted us right away, but it took 5 or 6 minutes before anyone ever came to take our order. While taking our order, the employee seemed super annoyed with everything. I felt like she didn’t want us there. If I walk into this Arby’s again and see this employee, I will just walk back out. The food was as expected… good for fast food. The fries were fresh! If it hadn’t been for the annoyed employee, I would have given the store a 5 star rating.

As a former Restaurant Lead Cook over the years, I saw what you don’t want going on, Slow service at 13 minutes for 2 Regular sandwiches a huge ice tea spill all over the floor with a cone sat in the middle of the spill and a dirty mop bucket in front of the front counter at pickup with a mop and 5 employees on the clock talking no effort or care in the world. 30 minutes later it was still there.

Went on Thursday 3 31 23. Drive thru closing time. The lady who cashed us out and gave us our food was exceptional! I asked her name she told me it was (MARISSA) We come often and most of the time most of the workers at window are not friendly so I’m just saying this time very pleasant.

Today my husband and I went to Arby’s for lunch. The lady at the window customer service was poor and her uniform was dirty. Our fries were cold greasy and old. This company need to do better we got our money back and went to Burger King in Rivergate our food was fresh and properly made we also paid two dollars less. No more excuses for restaurants poor customer service and bad food

Just your typical Arby’s restaurant. Good curly fries, classic sandwich and a drink. Decent enough for an outing every once in a while. This place is never busy and service is pretty slow. Guess they have to make things fresh for orders which is better than serving food that’s been sitting under a heat lamp.
