I ordered, paid, and received my turkey sandwich in less than a minute. The staff was friendly and asked if I wanted any extra sauce, which I did. Did they read my mind? They also put napkins in the bag, I hate having to ask for this stuff. And as an added bonus, the sandwich was tasty. Pretty much a perfect fast food visit. Well done!

Most of the time I only get the Buffalo sliders. Recently they’ve extremely downsized them and they’ve gone down in quality. I can’t even hardly take a bite of the chicken without either a tendon or rough bit of chicken that I can’t bite through. And they got rid of my favorite sandwich, the Italian. Bring it back! Curly fries are always bomb though

Arby’s has hands down the best fast food fish sandwich. If you haven’t tried it now is the time with the 2 for $7 promotion. Highly recommend. They offer free refills if you dine in. I also like the flaky turn overs they offer for dessert. Shakes are also very good!

Went to the drive up on a Sunday night… when turning off Saginaw I noticed how busy Culver’s was. But Arby’s had a 2 for $7 deal. Ordered the deal which included a fish sandwich.. I paid and the guy ask me to pull forward because of the fish. I pulled forward and waited idk… at least 10 minutes.. at least. The person came out… apologized. So I get home after all that and didn’t get my fries!! Grrrrrrr… my wife and I wanted something else with our food… I’m 5 miles away now… shame on me to not checking my food… so I’m telling all… ck your food before you get very far!! How disappointing!!

This Arby’s is near where we live but we won’t go back there again after today (3/22/2023 @ 2:20PM). Counter service was slow, my wife’s cheddar sandwich was sloppy and unedible. Asked for it to be replaced and the manager on duty gave us both a dirty look and the replacement sandwich was no better. Too much (liquid) cheese, the meat portion was small and looked nothing like the TV ads. I ordered the Ruben and it was no better, small meat portion, very little sour kraut and too much sauce. The curly fries we were given were more cold than hot. Yes it was mid-afternoon but that is no excuse. Poor management, poor training and customer service was non-existant. This place gives Arby’s a bad name.

I’m a door dash driver. Order are not started until we arrive. We are not paid to wait. So Arby’s cost Driver . They are one of the major reason driver can’t afford to deliver anymore. Cutting 15 min out of our work hour per order.

5/28/23: What a lame place. As you can see in the photo, there was no one in the drive-thru yet we waited over 5 minutes and decided to go somewhere else. Will not be returning when I’m back in the Lansing, MI area.

I am very disappointed that they no longer offer a happy hour at this location. “Not so HAPPY anymore!” Looks like I will be taking my business elsewhere. The sliders keep going up in price. They went from $1.45 to $1.78 to now $1.99 each. The Buffalo chicken sliders are about the size of a chicken nugget. When they had happy hour the price was $1.00. Do note that the happy hour differs in different locations. In DeWitt, they still have happy hour. I believe the price is $1.50 each.
