Had to go through the drive thru since the inside was closed. We ordered curly fries and nuggets and asked for them to be fresh. They gave us deliciously hot food. The only knock was that they dumped a bunch of cold nuggets underneath the hot ones

We were there 1/9/23 to get 3 regular roast beef sandwiches at the drive thru. Completely inedible!! Meat had no taste and was not warm. Buns were stale, crumbly and cold even tho they made us pull up and wait for our food. Saw 1 table of customers inside and it was not busy. We could not eat this food because it was so disgusting and we wrapped it back up and put in fridge for now, maybe take it back and let them try to eat it! Employee at the drive thru looked like he hated his job and the other employee who had the bunny ears on was the only pleasant thing about this visit! If you can’t serve decent food quit ripping people off and close! As we pulled out the smell of sewer, rotten eggs was so strong it made us gag! Not sure if that was coming from Arby’s or the place under construction next door.

I had the Chicken, bacon swiss. It was the best sandwich I’ve had in a very long time. Randy the cook really outdid himself, & Caleb Greeted me with a nice smile and was knowledgeable with the questions I had for him. Its very clear that Ashley has a very good, & hard working crew.

6pm and they were “out of roast beef” with a 45-60+ minute wait for more. Seems odd that the roast beef restaurant is out of roast beef for dinner. Otherwise all was as expected for Arby’s.

Walked in to noone working. After waiting for 5 minutes a young man wearing a stocking cap came to the register to take the order of the man ahead of us. Half way through his order the order taker walked away to ask a question.

Terrible service today. “Clerk” came to the order with an impatient humph to begin with. Never asked a single question. I go to Arby’s enough, I knew what to clarify. Told him carry out order, ordered a meal (never asked if I wanted to upsize), I stated crinkle fries as he never asked curly or crinkle. He sat out a med. drink cup. I also order a sandwich only & I said also a med. drink but not a meal. He told me $$, I paid. I then asked ‘don’t I get a 2nd cup?’ He said no, you only ordered 1 drink. I said no, I ordered another drink. Again he said no you didn’t even though I then laid our $$ to pay for it. The whole time he was rude. When I got my food, I asked if she was the manager. She was so I quietly told her he needed an attitude adjustment & what had transpired. She said she’d talk with him. I went to get my drinks & heard her say to him, ‘I believe you.’ Really. Ok I don’t need to go to that location again.
