The nice woman assistant manager named “Angel” is probably one of the nicest assistant managers I’ve came across in a while. I won’t share what happened but I will share that she goes above and beyond to make sure a customer is satisfied. If all assistant managers and managers were like this then is surely reflects on the staff and if it reflects on the staff then there are definitely happy customers. I just wish there were more like her. Good job ma’am.

I’ve been here before and had great food and service. Place is always clean. Tonight I walked in and after a couple minutes of waiting at the counter I simply said hello. Lady comes around the corner, wags her finger at me and says “you’re not about to rush me when I’m behind.”. I figured okay, I’ll go to the bathroom and come back. There was another gentleman there waiting who had not been helped. We waited a couple minutes, but it was obvious she wasn’t coming back out so I left. Place may as well have been closed.

The food is great like it’s supposed to be and the atmosphere is great probably due to that it’s new. But the service is awesome! Everyone here is happy and approachable, it seems that they really love being at work and making people happy. Please give em a tip cause they need a raise or a bonus atleast. Highly recommend if you’re in the area!

Please make sure that the African American girl working the drive thru tonight 4/7/23 8:45pm knows that it is NOT OK to open the chocolate syrup bag with HER TEETH!!! She was refilling the container. She has long black and pink braids. Also to go orders need a sauce and a napkin. She might need a SERVE SAFE class.

This Arby’s seems to be from a different country or something….My wife and I went and I look at the menu with pictures of combos,ALL with Arby’s famous curly fries in them…and then told we don’t have curly fries!!!! I said okay what about potato cakes??? Was told only for breakfast,and asked if I could order a cup of cheddar to go with fries,also told I couldn’t order that either…..I was excited about this Arby’s opening up because I love Arby’s,however this is NOT the Arby’s I grew up loving….. actually surprised they had roast beef sandwiches…..total let down….sadface
