Staff was friendly but slow and messed up my order. Waited 20 minutes to dine in. Food came and my fries were cold, my Reuben came with out chesse and still had to go back to the counter to get my Broncoberry sauce which took another 10 minutes of waiting while I was ignored. How is it possible that the hourly pay is going up but the standards are dropping? I see the owner reads these, don’t apologize to me. Do something about it!

Walked in staff was friendly food prep area was clean and organized and my food came out very fresh and well prepared and didn’t taste like old oil or anything besides what the food should have tasted like.

Stopped in to get a quick lunch i.e. fast food that’s why I decided not to walk in instead of driving by. After repeating my order to the girl at work the counter over at least three times there’s a long pause and she asked me for the second part of my order which I never implicated this led me to believe that the girl had a horrible attitude and ethically she thought this was the right way to handle a customer I’ll reinforce the problem is in our children parents take the time to teach your kids ethics and raise them properly
