Dried meat.old stale buns. Cold fries that tastes like old oil. Service was excellent and nice staff or I would have ask for refund . Threw out. Except Drink. Never will go back. And we Love Arby’s. Shame on them thinking that is acceptable.

The staff is friendly and always provide good customer service. The sliders are always delicious However, I did notice a recurring issue with their supply chain. On several occasions, I found that Arby’s Lumberton was out of certain items, particularly the Garlic Aioli sauce. This was disappointing as it complemented the sliders perfectly, and it seemed like a consistent problem during my visits. Hopefully, the supply chain issues will be resolved in the future to enhance the overall dining experience.

Prob isolated they forgot out very expensive order sat and waited a little over 30 mins waiting watching people come and go. Finally we inquired at the register and somehow our order was accidentally forgotten.

Place just keeps going down hill. Got a beef and cheddar.. the issue is for that price where did you put the cheese… there was a tiny splotche that soaked into the bun.. do better guys….
