Ordered thru grubhub. Missing 2 sandwiches. Calls them was told to go pick it up ourselves which defeats the purpose of using a delivery service. Spoke to a manager who tells me he’ll give me a refund then tells me he doesn’t know how to. Doing a checklist of items ordered doesn’t take a scientist… I work in food service that does deliveries and actually know how to do my job. This isn’t the first time. Also manager tells me the driver was probably given the wrong order. Well uhm duh sherlock?! Someone in my household isn’t eating dinner tonight. Thanks Arby’s definitely not ordering from this location again!

Horrible experience. They only got 1 item correct in our order and they didn’t give us 1 of sandwiches we ordered. The French dip was icy cold like it just came from the fridge and the cheese wasn’t melted. The rueben didn’t have sourkrout or sauce on it but it was warm. Instead of fries we got poppers that were cold in the center. They really had their bad crew working tonight

Seems the sandwich never looks like the one on the window poster. That said it was a good fish sandwich and the service was good too. Note there are two kinds, cheddar and classic with tarter sauce. I liked the latter better as the cheddar is just Velveeta, kinda bland.

The best Arby’s I’ve ever been to! The fries were hot and fresh and crunchy. The sandwiches were hot and look like they were made for a commercial! Dining room was nearly spotless in the bathroom was the nicest Harvey’s bathroom I’ve ever seen, lol. Overall great experience will be back 10 out of 10

This was my first time eating at Arby’s. I got the boneless hot honey wings with crinkle cut fries. The wings were perfect and tasted great. They did a good job making sure they were covered in the sauce. The fries were crispy and good. The staff was friendly and the service was quick.
