Worst A and W on the planet. Fries were done cold. It took ten minutes in the drive thru. Burger was cold. Root Beer float was as others have posted: flat and only like ice crystals. The service was horrible, the food was awful. Never go there again!

They did not get my order right, and the chicken stips tasted old. They were also mopping the floor at lunch time and I had to smell the floor cleaner the whole time I was eating. Poor management!

I enjoy A&W now and again when I don’t have time for anything else. This one specifically was just awful. The fries were cold and nearly rock hard, the root beer was flat, and somehow even though the bottom bun of my burger was okay, the top bun was stale, dry, and hard. First and only negative experience I’ve had at an A&W.

I ordered 2 piece cod was told 8 min wait I. Drive thru. It took note than 13 minutes. When they gave it to me the fries were old hard and I was upset over it. I came in they had to make new. They didn’t give me a fork either. Do NOT come spend your hard earned money here and the fish pieces are WAY TINY. Side note coke slaw was delicious
