Talk about excellent food man oh man does this place have it!! Very tender and flavorful brisket, and their hatch Mac n cheese is beyond awesome! Then dessert of pecan cobbler was simply divine! Definitely worth the stop in and enjoy the wonderful food and atmosphere Band of Brothers BBQ has to offer! You won’t be disappointed!

This place is amazing! One of the best bbq places I’ve been to! The brisket was really tender and flavorful and the turkey was a pleasant surprise! I don’t know how they’re able to get to so so tender, it falls right off the fork! My personal favorite was the smoky mac and cheese and the jalapeño ranch slaw which was super refreshing to top it all off! Will definitely be back again!!

We were going to Ft Hood so we wanted to try something different. We went to Band of Brothers because BBQ is always a great option. This is cute little spot and we were getting as soon as we walked in. The food was fantastic. We ordered brisket, turkey and pork. My husband got the smoked Mac and cheese, it was incredible. I only have 4 stars because they didn’t have sausage and that’s what I was really wanting to eat. We will for sure be back. Everyone was nice and pleasant.

Came in for the first time on Father’s day and was not disappointed! The food, service, and atmosphere were AMAZING!! Every item my family tried was delicious. The owner really knows what he’s doing. Amazing food we tried…Brisket sammich, BBQ Mac bowl, potato salad, pepper jack sausage, and smoked pecan cobbler…ALL VERY YUMMY!! oh and pickles too

Awesome BBQ spot! Food was fantastic and the atmosphere was very family friendly. From the moment you walk through the door the staff was extremely friendly and took care of us right away. The owners James and Zach were extremely welcoming. They took the time to welcome us and talk to us answering any questions we had and also offering recommendations. *Try the turkey! it’s super flavorful and moist. I am not a huge Turkey fan and can see myself ordering this in the future. My family and I are BBQ fanatics, we highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the Killeen area and want some good smoked BBQ.
