On my first visit I am very pleased. Chef fried rice was great. Lunch portion was plenty big. The yellowtail and scallion roll is one of the best I’ve ever had. The crunchy crab roll was good too. Staff was extremely nice. Will gladly visit again!

So my hubby & I stopped by here for quick bite and let me say this place is really nice. I love the calming atmosphere and the place is really esthetically pleasing to the eye on the inside! I can’t remember our waitress’ name but her service was top notch! I wish all waitresses had her great attitude & demeanor! She was an absolute joy! Everyone there was really nice & friendly & above all the drinks were fabulous! On to the food: My husband had the chefs rice with steak & shrimp & added zucchini! His dish was so delicious! I had sautéed zucchini & squash which was cooked to absolute perfection! I also had the basil fried rice with shrimp & it was bursting with flavor! And the shrimp isn’t that little baby shrimp you get at some places. they are very grown and very tasty! A huge thanks to the chef! We will definitely be back! This is a wonderful spot for date night!

We tried Bangkok Alley for the first time tonight for a special event, and we were absolutely delighted. Delivery was incredibly fast (about 30 minutes for a large order), thanks to the restaurant and Meals In Motion, a local delivery service.

Visited the establishment with a friend for lunch today. We arrived about a bit after one and there were only a couple of other parties in the restaurant. Our waitress, Cindy, made our meal n absolute pleasure. We ordered dumplings – pan fried and nicely crispy with a pleasant sauce. We both ordered the soup – Tom Yum and Tom Kha soups with bowels of rice. The items came out and in the Tom Yum, the soup stock stood out nicely. My only disappointment was that when I ordered the soup, I didn’t specify the heat level and the soup needed more hot chili’s.

Management is the best. Ms. Dottie at this location went out of her way to correct my order. She was courteous and kind. Great customer service will keep me coming back to any establishment and this restaurant is definitely one worth bragging about. I have rarely had an owner to take out her own time after work to personally deliver an order. But here at Bangkok Alley I got that. My delicious order was the wrong serving size. She apologized quickly and offered to bring one out to me. She did just that! And with a smile! I really appreciated that. Not to mention the food is always amazing and fresh.
