Went here for lunch with a co-worker a couple weeks ago & he informed me of the nachos. I never knew you could customize nachos so many ways. The portion size HUGE and the taste matches. I do advise CAUTION on the Chipotle Ranch, if you’re not a big fan of spicy foods DO NOT get it all over, have them place it on the side because for me the intensity was eye watering. Other than that. I can see myself coming back.

The management at the Spring Garden St. location clearly doesn’t train their staff and doesn’t care what happens. I try to be understanding and accept that in this type of food service setting mistakes will happen and take the good with the bad. But the staff has gone from great to checked out to aggressively incompetent in the past year. This location was very convenient for me so I have gone there regularly for years but things have gone downhill and the odds of having edible food are now 50/50 at best. After being yet AGAIN handed a lump of charcoal that was supposed to be dinner, I am throwing in the towel. Barberitos: you broke my heart.

I’ve eaten here more than once. The staff is friendly and fast working. The restaurant is clean and set up well. The drinks machine was down for cleaning during our visit, but I see that as a bonus. Atleast I know they clean it. They did have tea still, so I was happy. They cook and prep the food as you order it. It’s quite the feel good experience!

The last 3 times we visited- over 6 weeks- some drinks were out of syrup, nozzles not working and out of ice. It distracts from the great food. Drinks also could have better choices. I’d love to see Coke Zero. It’s pretty much the only place we go that I don’t get a drink because of these reasons
