We picked up fries here to go with our Dots Hot Chicken sandwiches. The waffle fries were EXCELLENT! They were seasoned and had a great flavor to them. We got garlic and herb sauce as well as their special sauce. The special sauce is where it’s at. We’ll be back to try their other stuff as well.

When I saw there was a food truck in Bentonville making their own seitan I had to try it and it did not disappoint! The staff was super friendly and the food was amazing, this will definitely be my spot whenever I pass through town!

I can’t tell you how happy I am to have a place where I can get a whole vegan meal! No worrying about meat cross contamination or eggs in the sauces. The nuggs are TO DIE FOR – crispy and delicious and the special sauce is superb. 10000/10 would highly recommend.

Echoing others that this place has great-tasting vegetarian food. They are pretty expensive, though — we ordered a classic sandwich and a Nashville hot sandwich, and those two sandwiches (without any sides or fries or drinks or anything) were $25 before tip.

Hands down best vegan food. Every time we go we are not disappointed. It is not surprising that they got voted best vegan joint in NW Arkansas. The lady that attends us is always smiling at us and recognizes us because we follow them everywhere lol. They never disappoint. 10/10 would seitan again! Give it a try even if your not vegan I’ll guarantee you won’t be unsatisfied.

PHENOMENAL!! I am not vegan but do cook the occasional plant based meal- so take it from someone who enjoys both meat and veggies- Bartleby’s is DELICIOUS!!! I had their Original Fried Seitan sandwich and fries. (Seitan is a plant based meat alternative.) First of all- this sandwich paired with their house sauce is super tasty and filling! Second of all- whatever seasoning they use on their waffle fries is downright addictive. Do yourself a favor and get dinner at this food truck next time you visit Bentonville Brewery! You won’t regret it!!

First time ever trying seitan. Saw others with it, read reviews & went back just to try it later in the week. Had the naked seitan wings w/ranch & they were soooo good! Also the side salad & frickles were excellent sides & prices. The ginger drink was a nice non-alcoholic option!
