Great place for Korean-style fried chicken. The restaurant features more variety than other chicken places. Love the Golden Original and Secret Spicy. Chicken is made to order. The drawback is there is only two tables, so dine-in availability is by luck.

The chicken is so good my kid can’t stop asking to go back. He says it tastes like heaven. Mozz sticks are also amazing (my kid says bussin’) and the lunch special is perfect for, you guessed it, lunch. Not much room to eat in but the food is perfect for takeout.

The niles store I usually go to has been frying the chicken with too hard shells for the past few months, and the quality has dropped significantly. I came to this address specially to taste it, and sure enough, they put more effort here. I ordered cheesling and honey garlic. They were both fried very well.

Best chicken!! Even good after an entire day. I really love the boneless cheesling chicken, I could eat two entire chickens by myself in one sitting because it’s that good. Even tastes good after a day/for leftovers. Also the service is really good and the owners are so nice. Their pickled radish is also good!

Go to Choong Man in Vernon Hills for better food, better service, better decor. We paid $5 for cole slaw that is literally a single handful, no exaggeration. We called and worker didn’t apologize and said this is their first complaint. Hard to believe. They skimp on white radish in a major way, too. Chicken is inconsistent. This is our last time here. Go to Choong Man.
