This place serves surprisingly delicious food that far surpassed my expectations. And, the prices are awesome as well! Decent location and the food is made quickly. I ordered the cheese calzone (build your own, but I just didn’t add anything).

I ordered pizza on the evening of 8/6. I live less then 5 minutes from this location but my pizza seemed to be sitting around for over an hour. It wasn’t hot, it was hard and chewy and I didn’t even finish eating it. I ALWAYS finish my food but it just wasn’t good. I called to let them know but the man on the phone was foreign and we weren’t communicating well. He was hard to understand and I don’t know if he knew what I was saying. I asked him for a store credit and didn’t know if I got it so I called back the next day, 8/7. I asked the man on the phone if I had a store credit because I wasn’t sure the the guy from last night understood. He said there was no store credit and said he’d give me my money back. I said he could just give me a store credit but he said “why would you want to order here again if you didn’t like it”. I said that I’ve ordered from here before and liked it. He said he’d just give me my money back and I shouldn’t order from them anymore. I said that’s fine and hung up. A few minutes later they called back and said they aren’t giving me my money back because I didn’t return the pizza the night that I ordered it. I said that I did call and the guy didn’t say anything about returning the pizza. He asked if I could return it today. I told him I threw it away because it was that bad. He said I can’t get my money back or a store credit since I can’t return the pizza. I said that’s ridiculous and if that was the case I should’ve been told that the night of the incident but the guy they had working couldn’t communicate in English. He told me I was trying to scam them and wouldn’t let me talk. He just kept interrupting me and talking over me. Completely rude and had no customer service skills. If you’re going to have someone answering phones they really should be competent in English and know how to speak to people. This is one of the strangest and most rude interactions I’ve ever had with a business. I couldn’t even understand what he said when he answers the phone, definitely didn’t should like Bella Monte, just like a mumble. Do not order from these people. They need to learn how to run a business.

We ordered the hungry man special! Everything is so delicious..we ordered garlic parmesan wings.. the Italian hoagie and cheese pizza..and the delivery man was supposed to call when he arrived so I could meet him in the lobby downstairs but he came up to our room on his own which was nice of him. Were just visiting Pittsburgh but would definitely eat here again. And the lady who took our phone order was super friendly and we talked about other things while my order went through. And also the delivery was super quick.. even though they had a few orders ahead us we are super pleased all around with this place..And this was our first time trying there food.

Been ordering from them for a little over a month. And every time the orders just get more disappointing. Todays order, a cold small steak pizza. Not cut. Pizza is mostly bread. I called back, the guy has me send photos to his phone. He said, that he sees nothing wrong with my pizza. He said he will send some one out with a knife. He said that they will not replace my pizza. Ive had enough of this place.

I absolutely love this place if I have a question about my order or if there is a mistake they always get it resolved and I have gotten my food faster from them then being in some drive through lines only thing is people need to b aware that the menu pics are old pricing and they can’t take them down since they did not post them so that means prices have changed but their food and service is great
