Found this place from their top rated Nashville chicken sandwiches. And let me tell you, they live up to their expectations! We came on a Saturday, and it was pretty packed. There was a live band playing, too. We were seated quickly and served quickly, too. We got some drinks, and both got the Nashville chicken sandwich with fries and a side of ranch. My boyfriend tried the garlic fries while I got the regular fries. Be warned. They are extremely garlicky, his mouth burned from the amount of garlic and tasted garlic for almost 24 hours after brushing his teeth multiple times. We would definitely come again and stick to the regular fries. The chicken sandwich was perfectly crispy and I love you can pick your spice level. We were there about an hour before leaving.

Went in for lunch and sat at the bar. I ordered the full-size chicken sandwich with the medium hot sauce and paid $1 extra for a side salad. The sandwich was quite large, and the side salad was a good size too. I wasn’t expecting the sandwich to be so oily, but I figured out it was from the sauce itself. Because of that, my bun started to deteriorate, which I was OK with because I was having a hard time finishing the entire thing. Overall, I did like the food, but if I went back, I would try it without sauce and just ask for mayo or something instead on the bun. Or lose the bun altogether and just eat it with a fork and knife.

I was so high when I walked into this place on a Wednesday evening but I KNEW I needed that fried chicken. Normally I would have appreciated the live music but it was really loud (he was a good musician) and I was overstimulated.

Let me just start off with this. The environment is great. Definitely gives off saloon style vibes. The waitress was very nice, but she’s definitely overworked. No reason why she should be the sole waitress for the entire restaurant- the bartender did what she could but still. There should definitely be at least 1-2 more waitresses for this establishment.

We enjoyed our visit to Belle’s. Food was great as was the service. The only reason I gave the review 4 stars (instead of 5) was because there was a 2.5% credit card fee, it was not posted anywhere (so surprise) and it was added to the bill before I paid…so it had to be removed when I paid cash. These CC fees are just a pet peeve of mine…

Service was great. I ordered the chicken sandwich and got it “hot” unfortunately when you order hot they drench it in hot oil which takes much of the flavor away from the chicken. Over all it was good. My wife got the same but regular spice and it was MUCH MORE flavorful. So if you go the chicken sandwich is a great choice just don’t order it with any additional spice. All in all not a bad place and they have great drinks worth stopping in and giving it a try.
