We ate here at 8pm on a weekday. Wasn’t crowded at all. Gina was super helpful and friendly. The food was delicious. I enjoyed sitting at the bar with my wife. We had pizza, chicken, and pasta. Very clean, nice atmosphere. Will definitely visit this place again.

So today I dined in with my wife for lunch. Our server was Ella, she was attentive, polite and great personality. The food was fantastic, the overall experience was perfect. Honestly I was skeptical to dine here with everything you’ve seen recently and I can say i was glad that I did. The service from Ella will definitely be a reason why I keep coming back!!

Went to Bertuccis for lunch! One waitress on said to us a few times I would be right over. Never came over got up after 20 minutes and left! There’s one waitress Patricia that’s has always been great but unfortunately she was there! The hostess was just hanging out, too bad she couldn’t have gotten our drinks to get us started! Unfortunately I don’t think I will ever go back! Very disappointed. Last time same thing but figured we would try again.

I hope she sees this….I just wanted to thank her…. Went to eat the other day and we had Trish as our server. She was so kind and professional towards my children. Our order was perfect. She told me exactly what drink to get and it was exactly what I needed! You can tell it’s not just a job for her. She made us laugh and we had a great time. Going out to eat just isn’t the same anymore but Trish made our night. we will certainly be back!

We had a great experience! The food was delicious. We had the sporkie pizza and the mac and cheese. Both were really good. Our waiter, Robert,was amazing. He was very friendly, funny, and efficient. When we come back we will definitely be asking to be seated in his section.

Decided to stop in for lunch since i haven’t been in a long time and my server Iris was unbelievable! Very attentive and gave the recommendation on fettuccine alfredo. She took good care of all my needs with always a smile on her face. definitely will be going back more often!

Amazing as usual! The customer service is always great! They ARE serving inside. There were only a few of us, it was clean, everyone was wearing masks. The menus were paper for easy tossing. I definitely felt comfortable. The servings were a good portion. We had some for snacks the next day

The service could not have possibly been worse in any way shape form or fashion. First of all, we had all sat down in an EMPTY restaurant and had to wait for at leas 15 minutes to be sat down. We were perfectly fine waiting and we ordered our food. Not only did the waitress drop our drinks on us, she also spoke very passive aggressively to multiple people within our party. However, since we were all in good spirits we ignored certain things at first. After waiting to receive our pizza, we also ordered a lasagna. The pizzas came out, we finished and ate them and waited over an hour to receive ONE lasagna. We were told the the lasagna takes 20 minutes to cook, so we were asking why we waited over an hour for the food. We sat there and waited and when we asked to speak to the management and she came to a group of black people, and told us “Can y’all not afford the meal or sum?”. We just wanted to inquire about why it was taking so long and if there was something we could do. We had been given the receipts BEFORE we had received the lasagna. Then she proceeded to curse us out and argue with the people in our party. Even threatening to fight us after that racially charged comment. When we asked to speak to a general manager, he virtually ignored us. When we said we refused to pay until being spoken to, they threatened to call the police on us and had told the general manager that we were refusing to pay. We dropped cash on the table and walked away, then the COOK had held us at the door telling us to go back and pay. This was an extreme disappointment as a regular bertucci’s customers. Not one worker was competent except the wonderful lady who called this terrible on her third day of training. Please close this establishment!
