First time here. In town and wanted a close by BBQ spot. Came in and got the Hot links sandwich with baked potato salad and a cup of chili. All the food was great. Service was quick and fast (although it was not crowded at all). I will be coming back here before I leave to try the ribs and brisket. Recommend this place.

Absolutely horrible customer relations and service from a young employee S.!!! My wife went in to order three meals to go, the young lady had to have the sides repeated several times, claimed she had it figured out, and sent my wife on her way. The sides were missing on two orders, no green beans. My wife called the store and explained the mistake, the employee started laughing at my wife, and eventually she hung up on my wife!!!!! My wife tried to call back and they had disconnected the line. We called back this morning and spoke to Lisa, thankfully a concerned Billy Sims employee, and she promises to make everything right.

We have eaten at Billy Sims bbq several times and the food is great , when they have what you want . The past 2 times that I’ve had a craving for a baked potato , Billy Sims is always the first place that comes to mind but , they always seem to be out of potatoes or they only have 1 when I need 2 . We still got a baked potato , thanks to the folks down the street , wasn’t as good as Billy Sims but… Not to mention I paid on order and paid online before finding this out so I’m probably out of my money too…? Not a touchdown on this one billy!!

I guess this is what you get for $11 at billy sims.. Can’t remember the last time I saw a rib this pitiful. Usually at other places if I get stuck with the end ribs they’ll give me two to make up for the pinky sized pieces on the ends. They don’t do that here. At least I can say I tried but I wouldn’t recommend.
