Tried the consume and it was very flavorful! It was basically a a giant bowl of meat soup served with three corn tortillas which arrived wrapped in foil and so hot you couldn’t touch it (which is a good thing)! The atmosphere was mediocre. Being new to this location and very busy, there were a few issues I think they’ll easily remedy as they go. The service was prompt and the server checked on us regularly. The tables weren’t the cleanest (see photo of syrup leftover from breakfast-we were here at 5:30 pm). Their a/c unit seemed to be struggling to keep up in our record-high summer temperatures. They were out of ice, which made our room temp waters rather lackluster and not super refreshing. The tea had turned, but they did offer to make us some fresh. Overall, we will try it again. I have trust they’ll only get better from here because even with the slight issues we did experience it was still and overall great food experience.

The food here is so fresh and authentic! The original Birria shop in town for Fort Smith! So good! Combo plate or Quesotacos are my go to! The Burrito was really good also and HUGE!!!

Great food truck. The Birria’s were the best we have ever tried. There are two little benches you can sit on outside if the weather permits. The food tastes very fresh and the staff are friendly.

The food looked nothing like the photos. I ordered the burritas. They didn’t include the dip for them and they didn’t look like the photos shown or what’s advertised on the vehicle. They tasted ok. It wasn’t food I would get out of my way for. The service however was excellent. The staff was helpful and friendly. The time to cook it was aprox 5 minutes which was great.
