the sandwiches here are shockingly pathetic!! what the heck!! got the tomato/fresh mozzarella (forgot the cheeky name) for $15 & it’s smaller than a 6” wawa shorty & bare minimum sandwich filling. highway robbery from this joint. smdh at yet another poor excuse of a fancy brooklyn sandwich spot. utterly disgusted.

A wonderful spot to pick up delicious local and organic cheese, meats, and other prepared foods. Also has a solid breakfast menu, good lunch sandwiches, and friendly staff. The prepared foods also include sweet baked goods. There’s also ice cream, craft beer, and a wall of snacks and flavors. High end stuff – usually pretty damn tasty too. The prices reflect the high quality. (Review corrected! I thought I bought wine here a couple years ago!)

On my way home to day, I stopped at this amazing new partner on the food for all app. It’s the last hour before they close, and I was so fortunate to pick up a wide variety of amazing quality, tasty dishes at a discount. Emily, who was extremely patient and friendly, helped me with all the purchases. I couldn’t help but do a full on photo shoot of this adorable place and all the things that I now get to eat. There’s a really adorable seating section, and they’re also happy to heat up the food as well for people to stay. Thank you so much for being part of this movement to save food!

Beer + Cheese Tasting – this was my first Yelp Event! A special little market place off of Flatbush Ave, which you should totally take the time to check out. Even if just for the lovely cheesy smell. There’s more than just an abundance of cheese options, such as a variety of creative ice cream flavors, meats, and beer. There were 3 sampling stations with reps describing the beer and cheese pairings. I learned about some new beers which tasted better than I expected. I’m not very much a beer person so this was a great way to try new beers recommended to go well with something I do enjoy…CHEESE! The staff was lovely, Sandy (I hope I got her name right ) was especially helpful and explained a variety of salads (see in pictures). I loved the roasted cauliflower salad, delicious!

I bought two sandwiches and a bev. The meatball sandwich is to die for. Was so bomb Service not bad either. Totally stop by if you’re anywhere near here!!

As a tourist, I wouldn’t take my review too seriously, but I stopped by a small sandwich not expecting much but had a great experience. Food was nice, wasn’t too busy, and friendly service. Would recommend.
