There wings were a delicious. They took a really long time to be served but our waiter was amazing and was super apologetic. The burgers were wonderful and perfectly cooked. We got the Texan burger and the peri peri Turkey burger. Both were delicious and the fries were great as well. Enjoyed the selection of beers. This round we didn’t get one of the crazy shakes but they looked amazing! I had one a long time ago and it was delicious!

A great spot to grab a quick bite or for a night out with friends. Prices are reasonable for Manhattan and the food quality is above average. The menu has a good variety of American food and vegetarian options too. The shakes are definitely worth the price! Good options from vanilla, chocolate, cookies and cream, strawberry, and peanut butter. I highly recommend the cookies and cream and strawberry shortcake. The service was average – below average but that’s expected from a place this busy. Staff was friendly and accommodating but were not available when needed.

Black Tap didn’t live up to the hype or the wait time. Although my cookies & crème milkshake was a 10/10. The burger was pretty regular and I didn’t enjoy the corn salsa on it. The appetizers are the stars⭐️ I loved the fried pickles and wings the dipping sauce for both were delicious

This place was fabulous. We had the All-American burger and it was delicious. The staff was friendly and polite at the same time. The atmosphere of the place was exactly the place you’d think of an typical American restaurant. The location is great, it’s just around 5 minutes from the Empire State Building so fantastic. Tried Black Tap for the first time after walking by randomly. It was an amazing experience thanks to both the food and the service. The award-winning wagyu burger is a must try. We were unaware of the shakes being “over-the-top” so when the server asked if we wanted it for dessert we ignorantly said no. We very pleasantly surprised to find that our shake had an entire slice of cake on top. We had a really great time and I’d recommend Black Tap as THE craft burger spot.

A surprisingly good vegan salad! …and let’s be real, everyone comes here for the shakes which are amazing! I had the Oreo shake which was huge and a delight! Not possible to eat the whole thing by one person. My husband enjoyed the burger as well.

We liked Black Tap so much that we ended up going twice during our short trip to NYC. The shakes are unlike any other shake we’ve had (amazing), the sweet potato fries were the best we’ve had, and the burgers are great also. Service was quick and good as well.

I ordered the Wagyu Steakhouse and it’s one of the best burgers I’ve had. Fries were solid. My wife got a regular burger and loved hers as well. Sweet potatoe fries had a good flavor but could have been more crispy. Pickles were delicious, but more like cucumbers than pickles. Finished with a coffee shake and don’t regret it one bit. Go here if you want a burger and don’t think twice.
