I ordered a steak hoagie a couple weeks ago it was so good! and its the sub of the month so we decided to order again well I ordered a steak hoagie with cheese mayo onions mushrooms and hot peppers my sub was absolutely terrible! not to mention they put a whole pepper with the stem and when I called to tell them the “supervisor ” told me well the girl said she chopped it up my sub came with one pepper and over cooked steak and nothing else on it

I have been a loyal patron of the South Park Ave location for over 40 years, I have been increasingly disappointed in the the quality of food over the last 6 months. I am saddened by the lack of quality and customer care of late. I wish this could be rectified, it appears to me that managerial over sight is desperately needed!!!!!!
