This place is amazing and just what Carbondale needed. Situated right next to Sheetz and a convenient stop off the highway. The sushi was top of the line and the hibachi was great as well. The place is also very clean. Will definitely be back!

I mainly eat the Sushi here but this place is absolutely amazing! The staff are so sweet and friendly and welcome me with open arms everytime I stop in! And the sushi is out of this world! Each has its own unique flavor profile that puts me in a trance each time! I’ve gone through the entire sushi menu at this point and will continue to make this my favorite sushi stop!

It was good except for large pieces of plastic in the entire California roll, which they should have taken off the bill. They did make another, but it still should have been subtracted in my opinion. Otherwise, it was good. Service a little slow.

I go to many hibachi restaurants. I think Blue Nori’s is one of the best I’ve had. I love their salmon with a side of calamari hibachi, my friend had steak and chicken. Their fried rice is soo delicious. Portions are very generous and price are very reasonable. The restaurant is so clean and owners are super friendly and service was prompt and superb. I tried their volcano roll too and it was awesome!!!. I saw that they have a wide sushis and special rolls selection. This is definitely one of my favorite hibachi and sushi place!!!

I just got the best sushi I probably ever put in my mouth from this place! I got a Hawaiian roll and I honestly think it’s my new favorite sushi I never had a sweet sushi before it was DELICIOUS!! The other 2 were a spicy crab wrap and a lime roll I already forgot the names lol but everything was AMAZING!! The staff was so kind and welcoming and the sushi man was awesome he gave me a sample of the lime roll and talked to me while he made my fresh sushi infront of me everything about this place was awesome 5 star for me ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ill definitely be back!!! ❤️❤️
