I come here & be the only car in line.. 20 wait on all chicken ?? for the 2nd time.. the last time this happened, I drove to battleground Bojangles. Tbh I said I wasn’t coming back, but it’s so close to my house and I be tired after work. It’s a longer trip from my house to Battleground so it’s really going out of the way. They are always Awesome when I do go. This Bojangles on Pisgah is Trash!! The tea always tastes like yeasty mold mixed in with newish tea. Gotta clean those Nozzles !!!! I’ve only gotten good fries from here once. Biscuits are always good though. How in the world do you fry all the potatoes out of the fries. Just be leaving crust! These kids have some of the best customer service I’ve seen in a Bojangles.. BUT THEY CANNOT COOK!!!!!!

Sign on door clearly states dining room open at 5am. Employees carrying on and using bad profanities. One employee did apologize saying drive through only open. I pointed out were sign says otherwise.

I don’t even know where to start. I came to Bojangles at 6pm to order my family the big Bojangles box. She said it would be a 20 minute wait bc they had no chicken ready. I said it would be no problem to wait. Get my food at 7pm and I check everything they didn’t put any sauce in my bag so I had to go in the store. Big mistake. This store was so disgusting. A panel was broke where the line is. There was trash all over the place in the kitchen. I couldn’t tell who the manager was to speak. It just made for not a good dining experience. Mind you she pulled up so many people bc there was no chicken made. Im confused why.

Love Bojangles but the Pisgah Church Bojangles is not very good. The food is fine, but the staff is not so much. They virtually never are ready for an order so I always have to wait. Their attitude screams “I could give a rip about caring for you as a customer”. If there was another location that was convenient, I’d go there.

I came here about 2 weeks ago and ordered online and my order was correct and fresh but today, my stepdad came up here and ordered the 20 piece family meal with sides. The problem was the biscuits. He told me they were laughing in the back when he said they forgot the biscuits and now I see why. These are horribly undercooked and I don’t see what’s funny about that. They’re literally falling apart smh.

I’d like to say that this location deserves KUDOS 5X over…every time I have been there to eat or pick up my food, I am never disappointed…they are fast, I’ve never had to wait long for my food…they have never screwed up my order and it’s always hot…what makes them special is that I have been there on different days of the week, time..so I’m sure a different crew is working so that says a lot for the store. Well, today I’m going to give a special KUDOS to the staff I dealt with today…Janlen…Saniyah…Tacariah…you guys were fabulous and I hope you all get a raise soon, because you all deserve it for the excellent customer service…thank you so much I appreciate it!!!

Always a disappointment at this location every time I go. Either something is out or system is not properly working. I will start driving further to go to a different Bojangles. Did not receive what I ordered if you’re going to replace an item its considerate to let the customer know.
