If I could leave negative stars, I WOULD. This place USED to be halfway decent at the beginning of the year but now, this place is AWFUL!!! I literally just waited here for almost 20minutes for a kids Mac meal. Just to be burnt and made wrong. Absolutely NO ONE was here to make their day busy but does that matter? No! You can clearly tell workers that come in just for the check. They don’t care about you at all. The short female manager with braids was beyond ghetto and terrible!!! I was standing here the entire time while she and other workers kept walking past me so she can take her sweet time making a to go order for someone she clearly was friends with. She waited until I was walking out to leave to yell across the restaurant that she’s preparing my food. Just awful service! The absolute worst. How can people be like this at a public restaurant?!? This place is disgusting! I will never come back here again. They have already lost so many customers and it won’t stop til this unclean and unprofessional place shuts down.

Honestly just don’t waste your time coming to this location. The evening shift people are the laziest people I’ve ever seen. Multiple times we’ve had to go through several times to correct orders, twice they’ve forgotten us at the window, they throw out food hours earlier than closing time and are always out of stuff. I get it, I used to work fast food AT a bojangles so I get that it’s not the most thrilling job, but this is a such a problem that we have a “plan b” every time we visit because we know it’ll either take forever, out of everything, or the order will be messed up. We contacted corporate about the issue in the past just to hear nothing back. It’s worth driving the extra few miles to go to a different location altogether.

Customer Service is awful! Used drive thur because I couldn’t go in, the doors were locked. All I wanted was seasoned fries. Had 2 other orders for meals and bo berry biscuit. My fries were old, so I had to go back around the drive thur again to get fresh fries. I had to wait on the bo berry biscuit. So I pulled into the spot I was told to park in, and I waited. I waited over 30 minutes until finally I just went back in the drive thur. Apparently, my order was forgotten about. No apologies or anything.

Absolutely horrible atmosphere. Apparently people are not showing up to work. The woman behind the counter looked like she was stressed to the max while the 2 in the back were very “nonchalant”. There were no napkins out, and there were no lids on the tea dispensers. Just like all fast food establishments, they are on a steady decline.

Tonya was the best!! She was so kind and efficient. The drive thru was busy, and there were several of us in the store, and she never got upset or frustrated. She has a great attitude and looks like a great manager. I would love to come back when I know she is working!!

I went thru the drive thru and ordered my food a 5 piece tender meal. The crew was very nice and courteous. the food was amazing like always. Just a little disappointed when one of tenders looks like the size of my pinky finger. Its esp bad I paid almost 11$. Will find another way to suffice my hunger.

Don’t go! Asked mayonnaise. None. Asked for a Dec calf and regular coffee. When received. Both were caffeinated. Could have sent my husband to the ER if he drank it. Poor service at the window!

I don’t even like Bojangles, but this location is the place to go!! My daughter loves the bo rounds and sausage biscuit. The sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit!!!? FIE!!! EVERY TIME!!! I haven’t gotten chicken yet, I think I will soon.
