I was just at the restaurant with my family a group of 20 , We ordered 2 20 piece tailgates & they gave us less than 40 pieces of chicken , they forgot our fries i had to go back and get them , I had 2 4 piece supreme dinners and they gave me 5 fries in my boxes i had to ask for more , As i went to go get some ketchup i saw 2 of the employees in the back kissing in the kitchen, they said we we’re going to get fresh meat and they gave us cold meat with no flavor, They had all the food that was supposed to be hot in the containers were all in containers and we asked why they said “we put all the food away early” it was 8:00pm they close at 11 , JUST IMAGINE ! . We were hungry so we ate the food anyways , another thing as we were all leaving we went to the bathroom all the girls I saw a cockroach and toilet with blood the bathroom trash were full and disgusting with blood . the boys bathroom were also disgusting ! the staff that was taking my order was very slow didn’t know what she was doing . i will never and do not recommend anybody going here !!!

This was the worst experience I have ever had at any fast food place. I placed the order almost 2 hours before I needed it and ask if I needed to call when I was on my way and the girl said No it will be ready when you come inside. She did not ask me for a credit card. I gave her my name and phone number. When we got there the doors were locked and they did not have half the chicken for the order and said they did not have anyone there that could fry more chicken. I told them we needed the chicken. She said well wait and came back and said someone would do it but it would take 15 to 20 minutes. I told her we would wait. They did not like that but said they would get it done. We were taking food to grieving family who’s husband is dying. I had a certain time to have it delivered, . 40 minutes later we got the chicken, so we were late delivering. The attitude of the staff, especially the girl at the window was- could not care less about customers. They did not even say we are sorry you had to wait. I ordered for delivery through the app. The delivery was late, the food was cold, items were missing and when I called the location the manager refused to offer me a refund for the item I paid for and did not receive. This is ridiculous. I do not recommend this location for its lack of customer care nor choosing the delivery option as it’s more hassle than convenience.

Ordered a Cajun filet sandwich at drive through. Fries were mostly hot, tea was good. But opened the bag to find a lukewarm sausage biscuit! Very disappointed and too far to drive back to fix it. Lesson learned. Check bag before leaving!

The RUDEST employee working the drive-thru. Her response when I asked for a ham and cheese biscuit “we’re out of ham”. I ordered and she said “pull around”. At the window she told me the total, I handed her the money. She reached out the window with the change and said, “here you go”, handed my drink out with another “here you go” and then once more with my meal, “here ya go”. She didn’t once address me with a greeting and never even said thank you. After receiving my meal I thanked her and she just looked at me like I had 3 heads. Meanwhile, coworkers are in the background joking and cutting up. Her whole tone put me in a bad enough mood to prompt me to pull over in the parking lot and post this. This young lady doesn’t deserve the job or the pay that she is receiving. After opening my boxed meal I find that my dirty rice is in the box upside down and on top of the biscuit. Just wrong!!!!

I stood at the register for almost 20 minutes while the guy in front of me instantly got his order taken by the manager “jeeter” and the manger then walked away right after when I was the only other person in line. I did not get a “hello” or “I’ll be right with you” I just got ignored and continued to stand there for 20 minutes while the manager “jeeter” is staring at the order screen with his hands on his hips waiting for chicken to be cooked apparently. Why couldn’t you have greeted me and taken my order while you were standing there doing nothing or waiting on food to be cooked??? If I could give negative stars I would this location is always slow plan on being there a while. Not even a lunch rush it was after 2:00. I could of cooked chicken and ate it faster than I get my order taken there.

Soo… I visited this place today. Restaurant was dirty, employee extremely rude, creepy and unpleasant. I’ve got old French fries (they were dry, cold and tasted like from yesterday). My coffee was awful too. Drive thru was closed. Usually I really enjoyed eating at Bojangles, but this location is definitely no go destination. Totally waste of money. Never again.

I just had the worst Bojangles experience ever. When I pulled in the parking lot and saw employees feeding seagulls from the drive thru window, I should have just left. But no, I decided to go in to place my order rather than pull into the “warzone” that was the drive thru. Once inside, the restaurant was pretty nasty, definitely not deserving of the 94 sanitation grade. Normally, I would be able to overlook these two complaints, but even the food was bad. Small pieces of chicken that was terribly dry. The sides, dirty rice and green beans, were ok, but not what I’d expect from Bo. I got a fresh from the oven biscuit, but even that was a little overcooked. The tea was also awful. Not saying this will be my last Bojangles, but I probably will not return to this location.

Came at 620pm on a Monday night and was told they were out of bone in chicken…is management not putting in proper food truck orders? They were also out of sweet tea. They staff was pretty rude about it as well.

None of the lights were on in the drive through. Not to mention we got the wrong sauces in both meals. They were “out of fries” and they didn’t serve biscuits with the meals either, which we paid for. Worst Bojangles experience ever, by far.
