Very fast. It took us longer to order our food and sit down than it took to receive it. They’re on their A game as far as that goes. The food was hot and good. Biscuits, fries, Bo-rounds were as good as I can imagine them being. I had the chicken sandwich-BLT style and the chicken was a bit dry but otherwise flavorful and good. We were all satisfied overall.

This location just opened so I was expecting good, hot, fresh food! ☹️NOPE!!! The fries were cold and hard and chicken was cold and old! And on a Sunday after Church hours! How dare y’all serve bad food for my good money! ALL Bo jangles need to close at this point! I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt since it was a new location. I will NOT be back and will be sure to advise everyone that I come in contact with to not eat here especially my fellow vets and base workers. So sad…Such a good location…so unfortunate that they won’t last. The owner needs to make some changes ASAP!!

My 1st time trying Bojangles. I guess being a Sunday they had run low on inventory and they where out of a lot of stuff. Even soda lol. Once we found something they had available, the food was good. Service was OK. OT super attentive. We stood at counter a while without being acknowledged. They looked at us standing there. Overall it was horrible and the food was good.

Stopped by on the way home from a medical appointment and grabbed breakfast. We got a ham and egg biscuit combo and two sausage and egg biscuits. I had fasted the entire day before so I may have just been starving but, I swear that my sandwich was delicious. The biscuit was buttery, soft and flaky. The ham was perfectly cooked and not too salty. The girls loved the sausage and egg sandwiches they got. The eggs on the sandwiches were freshly cooked and didn’t have the “liquid eggs” appearance that most fast food sandwich eggs have. The Bo’tato rounds were cooked just right with a bit of crispyness. I definitely will be going back.

Out of this. Out of that. No Pepsi products, no sierra mist, no no no. Biscuits were dry. Kids weren’t happy with food and neither was I. Wanted a refund but just decided to not go back there. Lesson learned. Place was empty and now I know why. Food prep took exceptionally long time to make.

It’s BO time! I did not ask for the names of the workers tonight right before closing, Saturday 27 May @ 835pm…the customer service was on point, my tenders were in fact supreme, and the 2 PC dark meat was delicious – freshly made and hot! Who ever they are they have earned Bojangle’s a new customer! I will end this review the way I was greeted when I pulled up to order, ITS BO TIME! I recommend yall go to the Bojangles on Watson for great service and some good fried chicken.

I love the new bojangles but unfortunately stopped going to this location due to the woman with the 6x kids always asking for me to by her breakfast from chicfila and or to give her money because see over spend on her vacation. Sorry Bojangles I’m sure this is not policy, please address this asap.
