Updated: 11/26 ate for Breakfast again, waited too long for our food. hash brown too salty for me and my husband, we barely ate it. Servings are small, might not be back for breakfast here but we will for burgers and drinks! Thank you!

Chili’s who? This is the best American Bar & Grill I’ve been to in Monroe. It’s a great casual place to grab drinks with friends or for an affordable date with your boo. The service was nice considering they were understaffed the night I went. They seemed very busy for a Tuesday night which was great!

I enjoy trying out locally owned restaurants. And I was really excited to try Braiz’n. However, the pictures of the food were the last great moment. The burgers were forgettable. It seems like they are relying too much on the good quality of meat to carry the whole show without adding any seasoning to the meat. I ordered the mushroom swiss burger and the ole man ordered the blues burger. The fries are house cut fries but are just lackluster. All the ingredients are there to make their burgers and fries a tasty experience but they just didn’t put it all together to give you the bang. The restaurant environment is really well done and almost has a New York hole in the wall feel but without the food to back it up. The beer selection is good. But the part that made me sad was overhearing the owner talk to multiple guests across the restaurant about the business. It wasnt so much what he said but more of how he portrayed the business state of the restaurant. We have all seen it done on countless episodes of Gordon Ramsey’s Kitchen Takeover shows. The owner knows the place is in bad shape and is looking for customer validation as to what has gone wrong.

The Delta Bleu burger was delicious. The burger patty had a nice grill taste and the seasoned fries were crispy like good fries should be. The nachos were subpar. Good southern style sweet tea.
