Today’s society, there are many burger places you can enjoy burgers and fries among other good eats! So how do you know which ones you like the best. Try them all. Competition is tough in the burger business and startups fine it hard to compete with established burger organizations coupled with franchises and other eatery’s that also sells burgers! How do new burger places compete? Well, America is the #2 meat eating country in the World (2nd to Hong Kong) and the demands for meat is high! So how do Brandon Burgers fit into the burger kingdom? With innovative ideas with created savory unique items that we greedy Americans will enjoy devouring all the time! That’s the demand! Did Brandon Burgers do that? You can be the judge! Being a REALIST, In my opinion Brandon Burgers didn’t achieve that one important marketing goal. Yeah the food items taste good, but not good enough to make me come back for more! That’s how you get your foot hold in the door of the burger business with unique burgers and things! Their burgers are somewhat of a copy of “Steak n Shakes” burgers with a different bun and higher calories count! Higher prices too! The place is large enough to advertise offering for parties with discount specials and coupons that will help fill the eat-in place to capacity. Create a weekend patron’s contest, creating their own signature burger with honors of having s burger named after them. I’ve said more than enough. Y’all be the judge!

We were looking for some different burger and we found this one. The flavor of the burger’s combination is amazing!!! The meat needs salt, as all places, but it is good. Mozzarella ravioli was ok. Tenders were good.

I’ve had a lot of burgers as we all have but this one hands down, is the best I’ve ever had. Great staff and cooked perfectly. I can’t make a burger at home for their prices, so check them out for sure if your in the area. You won’t be disappointed. The best burger I’ve ever had…PERIOD!

If your missing Five Guys in Brandon, meet their twin. For the most part everything is identical, the burgers, what you can put on them, even the layout is the same. Fries are different but still good, they don’t have the potato skin that I love and are not as greasy, yet still a must if your having a burger. They do have a special Brandon Sauce that I didn’t care much for but the wife seemed to love. The staff was super friendly, polite and attentive whenever I walked up to the counter. The shakes are good too, had to have one on the way out. If your looking for a burger definitely give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Prices were kinda high. I only saw one employee, and a lot of the things you see on most menus of a burger joint they didn’t have. Food was pretty good though.

Awesome food every time but I just walked in and I placed an online order. Walked to the counter, I said I placed an online order, and he still stood across the counter and looked at me like I was stupid….and the poor chef in the back apparently has to do everything including serve the food he made because he had to come over and hand me my online order. Customer service needs improvement for sure but at least the food will bring me back.

Stopped in for a meal and was pleased! Fries are great, the spicy burger was tasty and the milkshake was classic. Would recommend and the prices are a bit more reasonable than other burger joints!

This is an update to the review I left last time. LEt me tell you just how bad the service has become since my first review. I went there last night for dinner with my wife around 7:30 PM. Only one employee working the counter. He asked if we were there for a pick-up and I told him we wanted to place an order and eat there. He never looked up. He just blurted out that he was busy and would take my order in ten minutes. There was only one other customer in the place. After standing at the counter for a bit watching him grill about a dozen burgers, I went to sit down. He had a chair in front of the bathrooms to keep anyone from using them. I suppose he did this to avoid having to clean them. Also, there were two sodas out including the diet one and a sign in front indicating they were out. Are you kidding me? Good thing I found this out before I ordered because I would have added the package which includes fries and soda. I asked him to let me know when it was time to order because I didn’t want to just stand there. He never looked up or acknowledged me, so we left. We went to the Irish Pub that’s nearby instead.
