I had an absolutely appalling experience at Brothers Bar and Grill, all thanks to the abysmal service provided by Roshani or however you say her name. From the moment we were seated, it was as if we were invisible to her. She couldn’t be bothered to even attempt to take our order, leaving us waiting for a mind-numbing hour. It became our own little game to see just how long it would take for her to acknowledge us. It’s quite astonishing how she managed to consistently look our way and then proceed to prioritize other patrons who walked in after us. I sincerely hope the management takes this matter seriously and addresses this woeful display of customer service. I’m not one to leave negative reviews, but the level of incompetence we encountered is beyond comprehension.

Went for a couple burgers with my wife. Honestly the service was pretty bad. I seen all the other reviews saying how service is great but that wasn’t the case with us. We sat down she did not offer any menu and then and waited for our food for at least 45 minutes… just for some burgers and fries. People that got there after us got their food before us! Waitress did not offer any refills to our drinks she disappeared basically the whole time. Then we ordered another burger for the $2 special and it never came. Waited another 45 minutes then came annd gave us the receipt and walked away, told her that we never got the burger! Apparently they gave my burger to the wrong person and never told me about it. She did not offer any compensation nor did she even try to be friendly about it. Don’t get me wrong the food is great. But not the service. Roshani is her name and serving is not her game. Sorry.

If you’re looking for a fun place to have a drink or watch the game then you must stop by brothers because this place has a lot to offer including a fantastic drink selection specializing in many different flavors of Long Islands that come in a small picture which always looks cool plus they also offer plenty of with a second floor so you do not have to feel like you’re crowded in addition to an outdoor covered patio game area with classic games like bags among others but be warned this place does get packed so even with the addition of an upstairs you can still find yourself waiting a while for drinks but the good thing is there is more than enough to occupy you while waiting so if you’re ever in the area I highly recommend you stop by and if you’re not in the area then I suggest you make the trip.

We will have to try it again next time in town, it was a July 4th, restaurant was pretty busy it appeared to only have one waitress. She was good considering the amount of tabled filled. Burgers were good, fries were cold, wraps were more lettuce than anything else. Chicken tenders in kids’ meal tasted awful like reheated. We brought up our concerns and the bill was adjusted accordingly. Have to see if it is different during a normal night. Patio area is pretty cool with some nice games.

I’ve been here several times and it’s always a fun place to go a little wild and meet people. The drinks are a little weak so I recommend pregaming before going out, but they do taste good and the bartenders are quick! Definitely get the blue drink.

Spent a weekend in Milwaukee and this was our first bar of the night. We totally loved it here. The atmosphere and the vibes were great! We enjoyed the second floor where they had the pool tables. All of the bartenders were great!
