Let me start by saying that this location is not the one pictured. This is a new location in wheeling ran by the most incompetent staff especially the woman who answers the phone. Do not attempt to order through Uber eats because they have no understanding of how Uber eats works. When I ordered it said the store was delivering it so well after an hour I called the store and this rude foul woman told me my food had been sitting there for a half hour. I asked why she wouldn’t have called Uber eats or myself and she hung up on me. I called back again with some choice words and she refused to call Uber and fix it. I was outside talking to a neighbor and she told me thank god the food never showed up because they had gotten violent food poisoning from there just a couple days ago. Uber eats told me that they have it set to deliver their own food and Browns chicken was the one at fault. I can’t see this place lasting long thank god.

Well, it isnt the old BROWNS but some of the regular menu still exists…gizzards and liver that are lightly battered are still delicious. I dont think getting a hotdog from here is a good idea….but it’s on the menu..
