The food here is decent. Fast service, good quality and portions. I loved the queso and chips. I think the rice and meat could be seasoned more but besides that there’s plenty of options & it’s a healthier choice compared to other fast food restaurants.

Service was great from the start, as the guy who made my quesadilla made excellent and thoughtful recommendations considering it was my first time. And as for the quesadilla, I was impressed by how sizable and flavorful it was. Will certainly return!

I had one lackluster experience here, but decided to go back two more times and it is definitely better. I went again and ordered a steak/shrimp burrito with sweet chili sauce and the works. This was “easter”, so I decided to give them another go since it was one of the FEW places open. The burrito was beyond stuffed and filling. I paid maybe $16 and that’s with a $2 discount, so it was pricey (Since I got shrimp/steak) but it was FIRE!!!!!!!!! Updated to 5* for now.

Had the carnitas chipotle burrito with curly fries. Service was great and seems well managed. Most of the food was great except the tortilla wrap used for the burrito is like tissue paper and it fell apart almost instantly. Carnitas lacks any substantial flavoring. The guacamole isn’t fresh and comes processed in a bag so it doesn’t taste like much. Curly fries, the chipotle sauce, black beans, pico de Gallo, fresh cilantro, and fresh hot peppers were delicious. I will return. The parking lot isn’t good.

A friend of mine had bought us lunch from Bubbakoo’s burritos a couple times. Tried the beef and chicken burritos they were delicious. I enjoyed the taste also liked how they stacked in the rice and beans and other condiments. Large portion sized also both very filling. I could eat a couple of these burritos at a time especially since I have a big appetite especially after long day of working. It’s been awhile since I’ve eaten Bubbakoo’s but the first couple times my friend bought me lunch from New Windsor location I’ve enjoyed it every time! Yeehaw! Whoo!

This place is getting worse & worse, used to be great. Ordered delivery they forgot to give the driver part of the order, the part of order that was delivered a nashville chicken burrito was ALL RICE. Rice with hot sauce. This time I go in & the guy is wiping down the counter with a rag. I place my order with him & he turns around with the same gloves on & scoops some frozen wings out the freezer again with the same gloves. This place used to be great…..
