Great selection of beers, awesome food, and fantastic service! Austin was super attentive and quick. The cherry on top is their very novel payment system which let’s you order and check out all from your phone (if you want). Definitely coming back, come stop by!

I’ve eaten here too many times. I just keep coming back. Its a great location to catch the big game or most any other game. The staff are happy to swap up the channels and no matter where you sit there are a dozen screens visible. There’s a nice bar area and seating with lower seats. They also do a brisk take-out business. The whole place was redecorated over the pandemic and features new flooring, new furniture, new new new. They rotate new beers in periodically and feature a dozen or more local brands in addition to the nationwide stuff you expect.

The Buffalo Wing Factory has had a revival by means of renovation! The new atmosphere is very nice, love the feel. Their staff is fantastic too. Bartender made me the most delicious “Disaronno”. Refreshing, tasty, alcohol did not overpower the drink. Food was delicious as well. They have a nice selection of foods/apps/ wings. The only remark I would say could use improvement was the wait time for the food. It was a slow night, and it still took a bit of time to bring out one dish of wings. Other than that, I would still go back, and might make this my new Friday night spot!

Going the Buffalo Wing Factory is such a calm and welcoming place to go perfectly with friends and family to dine in. I went to get some takeout one day and I greeted immediately by the host and he was very calm and nice. The environment around the area was very nice and everyone was enjoying their time dining in. I got myself some takeout boneless wings and despite it’s pricing, the quality and size of the wings were worth it afterwards. I got my food pretty quickly and I had no problems with the order. The staff is all nice and professional and they are great people to chat with. Would definitely recommend dining in or doing takeout!

Been dining in this restaurant for the past two years, and I’ve been very pleased with how interactive and caring the employees are. It’s not often for me to be needing any additional assistance by receiving an incorrect order, and even if it happens from time to time, I always get immediate service. The food has always been great and I’m happy to say that I absolutely love this store and its atmosphere!

Mmmmm… I went in to meet my friend for happy hour. We sat at the bar for almost 10 min before receiving help. We also got a first hand show of the staff fighting with each other which may have aided in the longer wait time. We ordered the tots at first and the fries but man did that take almost 40 to receive so we added the tacos in and called it a day. The tots were ok but there was literally nothing to them. The dipping sausage was what made then. The fries were good but nothing special and the tacos were good but the pieces of chicken were larger chunks and were a bit chewy. My husband has picked up takeout from there before and has noted that service is always slow and hard to get what you need. Not a bad place just know you might be waiting longer than expected and paying for basic bar food.

Our family had a fantastic time at Buffalo Wing Factory in Reston. The wings were perfect— we got the spicy ranch, Buffalo, and lemon pepper. We also got Buffalo Cobb salad and onion rings. My niece enjoyed her fried Oreo dessert. I can’t confirm how it tasted because she wouldn’t share it.

decided to order some wings and fries online for some quick food during my lunch, got to the restaurant ten minutes after the time my order was supposed to be done just for them to tell me they didn’t have it and asked if it was ordered at the right location…. they soon just asked me what i got so they could prepare it and i told them exactly that. shortly they finally found my order and proceed to tell me “it’ll be no longer than five minutes”. it was over twenty which was just about my whole lunch time. id be a little understanding if they actually had other customers or maybe moved with some sort of efficiency but me and another lady whose order also got “lost” were the only non staff in the building. once i actually got my food you can tell it was made with little care. celery fallen out of its bag spread everywhere, fries tasted soggy, were somehow soggy and carelessly thrown in the box, you’d think the price of fries bedee they’d be fresh. the wings barely had any sauce on them even though I ask for extra and had pink bits within the meat. i also received blue cheese instead of ranch. no coupon or anything offered to me or anything. this place used to have the best wings in town it is seriously disappointing how much this place has gone downhill in all aspects. won’t be eating from here again. food went in the bin. 100% Waste of my time and money.
