The Burger Bar is connected to this nice hotel with super friendly staff. Inside the hotel there’s an open view of the kitchen with chefs/cooks doing what they do best. Very nice and clean environment, my favorite thing about it was the bar with these amazing bartenders who had great conversations! Also the food… OMGG, the food.. A simple burger and fries were like no other I’ve had before. I’m so glade I stopped here & I do plan on going back anytime I’m in Austin.

Ordered online on a Friday night. Couldn’t believe order was ready less than 13 minutes later. Entire staff was friendly and appreciative when I picked up order. I eat a lot of burgers. The burgers were great unless you want something tricked up. Value is really good. I was shocked by this place.

We go here pretty often so it’s good. It’s not a sit down restaurant but they have an area you can eat and stand if you want to. We often take away their burgers.

If I could give a 0 for the disgusting behaviour of the guy preparing my order I would. While I waited for him to cook my burger and fries, he was picking fries out of the hopper with his hands, eating them, and sucking ketchup out of packets. As a final flourish I caught him picking fries out of my order and eating them before he gave them to me.

The food is priced low but you get what you pay for. The burger is not awful, but it didn’t strike me as particularly tasty. I’m not going to think “I wanna go back to Burger Bar” when I’m craving a burger. I need more than “not awful.” The tenders were significantly worse. They probably come from a bag of frozen tenders. Perhaps the wagyu burger is good. I haven’t tried it.

I asked for very very very well done burger. The guy said all our burgers are well done and my burger looked like red meat browned on top. Couldn’t eat the fries they were too salty. To late to go back I’m on my lunch break. NO LUNCH FOR ME AND A WASTE OF MONEY.
