Have went here 3 different times this month and every time there was an issue with the food I received. This place is an absolute joke! I’m one to give chances and I know most of the employees are younger and probably are overwhelmed. But to extremely get my order wrong blows me. Tried to order online and the I got a Sprite instead of my Dr. Pepper… then a blue raspberry slushy instead of a vanilla shake. Just a total waste… Called about the issues and they seemed to not care, or even entertain a refund. I just got brushed off. I’m so sorry for anyone who goes through this.

It was pretty busy, and i could see they only had a 4 man crew, So I won’t hold them accountable for certain things such as missing a whole kids meal. I will say that when I mentioned it they did go get it right away. Food was pretty fresh except for chicken fries which were dried out but the kids ate it so I was happy. It did look clean which was a plus.

Food was ok. The line was very long, so I ordered through the app and they asked me to come inside to get it. So I did. I ended up having to wait about 20 mins inside to get my food. Burger King has def gone down hill. I haven’t been to one in years and today was a reminder of why I hadn’t been going there.

First of all, wish I could give a zero. Don’t even waste your money. We got two Whoppers, and this is how we received them. My wife found that hers had a hole poked out of the middle of it. So I checked mine, and found it in two pieces. Then to top it off, literally, they threw our fries in the bag upside down. We ordered three fries, 2 smalls and 1 medium. When I filled the containers back up to see how much we received, it only filled up the medium and 1 small… where did all my other small fry disappear to!?! Absolutely the worst customer service as well. The lady taking my order was chatting it up with a coworker as I was trying to order, oblivious that I could hear them. And then proceeded to give me attitude at the window after having to repeat my order three times in order for her to get it all. Just go to Taco Bell or KFC next door, it’s not worth your time or money.

I always get great service here. I don’t usually mix it up with the menu I get what I know I like. But whether I’m in the Drive-Thru or inside all I see is people working hard to bring your food to you fast. It’s interesting going inside instead of the drive-thru which I do sometimes because the drive-thru is always full. I guess this speaks to its popularity as it is close to other fast food restaurants that are not as busy. I see the people working hard and I appreciate all the effort they put in every day. I hope others appreciate all the work they do.

Today was my all time worst experience (1/29/2023 @ 2:25 PM). I usually go during the week day around lunch where the staff is friendly and exercise good customer service. Today, a young lady took my order at the drive through. I’m still waiting to hear her say “hello,” “thank you” or anything of the sort. When I pulled up to pay, she opened the window, grabbed my money, gave me my change, then handed me my bag of food and immediately closed the window. She never once said a word to me during that entire transaction. Pitiful customer service and, if it wasn’t for the week day lunchtime employees, I wouldn’t step back into this establishment.
