Absolutely the worst place I’ve been to. Use to be great. I get attitude when I cant hear over the drive through window. So I’m then afraid of someone spitting into my food! Its ghetto to put it in short terms. Never have hardly any food and give you fuse tea instead of regular tea and frozen fries! Happened 3 times!

I’ve stopped here twice, only to order a spicy chicken sandwich first, and a original chicken sandwich the second time. No drink or fries. Both times was asked to pull forward into a parking spot because of the extended wait times on my simple order.

Someone needs to come in and take control of this restaurant before it’s too late. They need better management because what they have ain’t it. They always have something going on at this restaurant. Every time I look around they have a note on the door saying they not open or something is broken or they closed because nobody wants to work. I can’t tell you how many times this summer I’ve went to Burger King and they have not been open during scheduled business hours. One time I went and the grill was broken. How is your grill broken and the main item you advertise you can’t serve? One time I went there and they weren’t taking cards. Another time I went there they had the dining room closed and only had the drive through open with a note on the door saying nobody wants to work. To whoever owns this business this is not how you run one. To say there’s only two burger places in town you are giving Hardee’s all your business. Even before the summer the service still sucked and they were slow as heck, but boy it was a lot better then than it is now. Whoever’s in control needs to take control because this is a complete and awful mess. I just left Burger King a little after 9 after driving past and all the lights were off and no cars in the parking lot after reading online that they don’t close until midnight. I then went across the street to Hardee’s where their customer service sucks but at least I was being served hot fresh food. Which is a lot more than I can say about Burger King. What a mess!

11-09-18 We waited over 35 minutes for our order before I demanded my money back! ( the Lady in front of us said she’d been waiting over 45 minutes?)was Absolutely Ridiculous watching 6 employees not knowing what the Hell they were doing??? I’m sure the Owner of this place has to be proud!! Move that Burger King to Hampton SC…we have plenty of smart people here that could operate it!! Oh and the Tea was SOUR on top of all that….

If you order all the way, no problem. If you special order, ie cheeseburger plan, watch out, check your order before you leave of using drive thru. My wife ordered I two occasions only to get home and order wrong. I know they are probably working out the kinks but plain should be easy to make, just don’t put anything on it. Three strikes and you’re out!

I got a bacon whopper and onion rings. I wanted coffee and was informed that they dont sell coffee at this time it’s 6 pm. I’m like ok. Onion rings are stale. My burger is cold and bacon is all balled up. Tomatoes are half slices. Thrown together. Staff was outside 3 people by the door. Don’t waste your money.

Really bad customer service! I was here and waiting for my food. For 5 minuets later, I asked is it ready? And the cashier acted so annoying. And when the food is ready, I said it should come with a drink. Cashier acted mean again! ! ! Awful experiencing! Won’t come again.
