I went in because the drive thru line was kinda long figured it’d be quicker. I was the only one in line. I stood there for 10-12 mins without any kind of acknowledgment that I was there. Never said hang on a second never said I’ll be with you in a moment nothing. I understand people are busy but you could at least have the courtesy to greet someone. Needless to say I left without any food.

Sat in drive-thru at BK for 13 minutes no one would answer my calls from outdoor speaker, as is usual for BK. I Like their food; service is lousy. I have the same experience with the drive-thru time after time. Slowest in town. I know of several people that have had similar experiences. Please share your reviews; good as well as bad. Hopefully this will help them take inventory of the things they do well and the things that need to be improved. If your short staffed; please pay your personal and new hires a better wage. You have to spend money to make money. Your leaving a lot on the table. My last trip to Bk. Maybe you can learn from the new Culver’s in New Castle.

Food was amazing but the cashier had no idea what I was asking for so put down some random item I didn’t even ask for. They got my girlfriends meal wrong but you could tell they’d rather be sitting in the back not taking orders. Go too knightstowns or greenfields, yes the drive is longer but you will get what you ask for the first time.

Ordered a sausage croissant plain no egg no cheese, explained they gave it to me wrong yesterday. Well they have a croissant with nothing on it, went back around to tell them, held out the bag do u want this back or do I pitch it, she said doesn’t matter. Gives me my sandwich I throw away the opened croissant, get to work and what do I have, a piece of sausage in a box, no bread. It would be funny but it is ridiculous. Why didn’t she tell me every time I drive around they will give me pieces of my sandwich and I can put it together. Won’t be going back!

Went for a breakfast combo. The coffee pot was broken so they wanted to upcharge me for a soft drink. So I paid for a combo with no coffee. It’s not the food, it’s the people.
