Got told to come there for a job only to be turned down by a hypocritical manager saying “oh im over staffed, and that kids wont stop walking out on shifts.” How about you stop hiring kids so you wont be called a dumb manager and start hiring people that are grown and that is committed to work. The owners really need to step in this establishment because this is ignorance at its finest. Almost worst than McDonalds.

The frozen fanta machine was defrosting so I tried to get blue raspberry and the machine spit all over my hand and yellow shirt. By this time I was going to say f it the cashier saw the issue calmed me down returned my money, then her coworker started giving me a look like he was ready to come over counter. I asked if I could help him he starts threatening me saying nobody gonna talk to my mom’s that way. Then his mom had to restrain him and push him to the back. I didn’t think I was overly rude but tried to apologize but son kept interfering I thought my order was short but was shown it was my mistake I had to ask myself myself if I really wanted to order the rest of what I wanted but thankfully I ordered and it was good

Went in to the drive thru and some lady was acting trashy and fighting with another individual and getting into a heated argument behind the dumpsters, where employees were smoking and talking, no one was at the drive through to take orders and the lobby was closed. There were multiple cars in the drive through lane. I’d give negative 5 stars if possible. Manager needs to talk to their employees about this situation and either fire them or write them up. Not to mention I think they invited non employees to hang out with them in the back.

The food here is hit or miss usually they miss. Update I ordered a bacon cheeseburger the bacon they gave me was completely raw the hamburger patty was dry and cold the cheese was cold the pickles were cold completely disgusting I brought this back to the lady at the counter and I asked would you eat this? I know you have a s***** job working at Burger King but you could at least have some pride of what you are serving your customers complete lack of management service food quality overall this place is a dump will not be returning ever.

Joshua Rackley at the Saint Joseph, Michigan Burger King needs to be fired. He should never have been made manager if he can’t even open his own store while waiting for his employees. If it’s such a problem, the store needs to work on finding a whole new crew. I confronted him while he was cheefing on cigarette after cigarette after cigarette that he had no regards for anyone trying to go through the doors, as a manager, he should have took the reins and opened the store for us who are trying to eat, and who are trying to DoorDash/Uber eats/GrubHub. By the time I left, there were already employees inside doing work while he was still out in his car, laughing at me because I was frustrated that he wasn’t being cooperative or understanding. I never eat at Burger King because it’s disgusting and apparently, so are the managers but I won’t even be door dashing here anymore and I advise the rest of you to save time and do the same. Ps he asked to be fired by name personally, which I plan to do.

I have great empathy for people that work in the food industry as I do and have for many years, which is why when someone is incredibly rude I try to look at it from there perspective but this time it was near impossible. I stopped by to order a coke in the drive through. They have two lines. There was one white car in the first one (only other vehicle so I pulled into the second one and it was just us two there. They moved forward and I thought “oh I’ll be next” woman came on and said “please wait” I gladly respond “no problem” then a green car pulls up in the line next to me and I hear their order being taken and then they move up. I’m now concerned they forgot about me so I ask “hello?” With a response “mam please be patient there is only two of us here!” I respond “no problem I just wanted to make sure I wasn’t forgotten because another car has come and gone. Happy to wait” her response “mam that is not true I’ve seen the cars pull up and that car was there. You can go if you can’t be patient.”
