Ordered a pick up order . Received it , the food was hard and cold . Made a call to them , the manager Deante was very sweet and helpful . He had just got there so it was not his fault . The manager on duty at the time of the order is VERY rude and unprofessional . If you want fresh food and professionals , go somewhere else . This place does NOT care about their customers . Wanted to give yall 0 stars 🙂

Was in this location yesterday. The manager called one of the employees an offensive name in the dining area in front of the customers. Very unprofessional and to disrespect an employee was and is unacceptable. Took a video of the incident. Will never go back to this place in life! Do better

I just have to say I will never understand how there is a bad review of this location with a GM like Miss Doris. I had a complex problem with a doordash order (long story short the doordasher opened all of my food and broke all of the seals ) that doordash would not pay the store to replace AFTER telling me that they would, Miss Doris made sure my babies were going to get their Burger King nuggets they wanted!! She called her boss and explained the situation and called me back personally to tell her they would hold the order for my husband to pick up and to make sure it got to us fresh!! Miss Doris handled the situation so professionally and that’s what keeps me a returning customer to this location! Thank you so much Miss Doris.

2 times in a row,.. the cheesy Hashbrown’s that I ordered, they had to replace the next time did to some was cooked to long that there was nothing in the middle & the others tasted like grease that they had been put back into the grease just to hear them to resulting in a very bad taste of grease…. so the 2nd try there was nothing in them… still cooked horribly way to long and burnt & hardly nothing in the middle.

You never know how late there open or even when there open. It literally took me 21 minutes with one car in front of me to even place my order and then another 7 mins to order. They just leave you there waiting wondering if there even going to take your order

Very unprofessional. Childish store manager who bans people from the store because her nephew broke into their house and beat them. She can’t get over herself and live in the real world and be an adult and acts like she is a high school student at 40 something years old. Very disrespectful tells store employees “come deal with this customer or whatever she is for her best interest.” Making me feel unsafe in “her” establishment means she’s store manager. Employees are just as rude and unprofessional when I asked why I was banned they just hung up the drive through speaker because they don’t have a legit reasoning besides their manager being a child. Very disappointing I can no longer go to what was one of my favorite fast food places near my home.
