Just tried to eat here. Had to return my thrower together Whopper combo and small fries in a large container. I paid for a large fries and got an order of small in a large box. Smh. Whopper looked like it had been drop on the floor. Not to mention 5 other different race people got their order before me and I was first to order. A different race guy order the same Whopper combo 3 orders after me and got his all neat and pretty delicious looking. Of course, I ask for a refund. I really did wanted me some Burger King today. Not at this location! When will it STOP!

I ordered a 2 for 6 whopper with chicken sandwich, a double stacker king, a jr whopper with cheese, 8 piece nuggets and a large Diet Coke. Something for everyone. $22.26. I gave exact change and was asked to pull forward. Sure, no problem for me. I asked for the drink and for 2 bbq sauces and ketchup. As I’m waiting by this yellow pole I was asked to park aside the Toyota Tundra behind me is now ready to go and promptly on my derriere! Prey tell why ask the lead car to pull forward only to have the car right after them be forced to still sit and wait. It’s not like they can drive around?! Upon receiving my order I politely ask yet again for the bbq sauce and ketchup. To which I’m told it will cost extra! I simply replied not a problem, after all this is Burger King and I want it my way! When the cashier came back with the condiments he did not ask for a fee for which he implied would cost for said items. Is this not Burger King? Is this a sole proprietorship that negates what the franchisors motto is? Unfortunately there were more issues. Clearly by the looks of the double stacker king their standards have fallen. I feel like I’m starring at a depression era recession double stacker king! Someone put the sauce on the burger only to scrape it off and put it back in the jar for the next slice of bread. Side note why was the whopper shorted onions and pickles? Did we get someone else order or were you just mixing it up and keeping it interesting?

I went thru the drive thru. Ordered two croissants with bacon and egg no cheese, I double checked with drive thru lady and asked again , no cheese right she said no cheese, went home ate one, left the other for todays breakfast, opened it up: it’s egg sausage cheese on a hamburger bun, I ordered two of the same breakfast sandwich. Why is this one different, I can’t eat cheese that’s why I always ask twice, so it’s in the garbage, thanks to the person who made them and told the lady in drive thru. , no cheese, he lied and made two different sandwiches and never said anything. A very simple order and it’s wrong, so mad, thanks for my no breakfast today and wasting my money.Disappointed

We ordered a whopper, whopper Jr and fries. . Whopper Jr is smaller then a McDonald’s breakfast sandwich. We got 2 Jrs instead of a regular whopper fries and whopper Jr were cold. I don’t understand how someone can mess up the only 3 items ordered.

I’m not the one to complain, but I stood there today, only one at the counter and watched as a lovely family of four entered this store. Grandma in tow. Two kids had BK paper hats on in seconds as I waved them on up to the counter. I had already been waiting a while. Finally someone comes to the front, but turns their back on the family for many minutes before finally half-turning towards them, waiving as though to say “hold on a sec”. Then back to managing food items. Back turned. He then went to the drive in window, and after perhaps a fill minute, returned to managing food items being completed by others further in the food prep areas.

It’s a surprise burger King’s even exist with this kind of service. Trying to find food at 10:30pm, this location clearly states to be open til 11pm and online even says til midnight. Yet what do you know apparently management doesnt know how to tell time and decided to close early.

This location is usually busy during lunch time and there are only 2 employees that are TROOPERS! The big, scruffy guy taking the orders and running the drive-thru is a CHAMP! As I ate lunch in the lobby, I sat and just watched as he kept his composure through all the needs of his customers. The guy cooking was cranking out orders left and right and HE WAS MOVING! Again, these guys are champs! We need to remember that these are the people feeding us during our lunch break and THEY ARE MAKING IT HAPPEN EVEN BEING SHORT HANDED! The food was great, the place was clean, and the service was even better. It has been quite sometime since I have TRULY seen customer service. Good job BK! Keep these guys happy, they are royal companions!
