I came here today for a whopper meal and ordered a number one. They got my order correct however, upon taking a bite of my food, it tasted funny. I’m pregnant so I assumed maybe it was my taste buds but upon looking down at my burger, all I saw was VERY pink meat. I cannot eat uncooked meat and was very upset. I called the location upon which the woman on the phone responded to my situation with “Ok, well, the cook we have is a really good cook so what do you want? A free burger?” To which I responded that I just got to work and I didn’t want a free burger, I just wanted her to be aware so the issue didn’t happen to someone else in a similar situation. She got really rude, and I admit though I am ashamed, and I hung up on her. I immediately called corporate and explained my situation to which they will be opening an investigation on the situation. I will NEVER return to this location again. Rude management and awful food. The person who initially helped me was very kind and sweet, but the woman rolling her eyes at me that walked behind her because the cashier at the window forgot my mozzarella sticks? That was uncalled for. I could have just told her that they weren’t in the bag. It was fine. And the voice of the woman who handed me my mozzarella sticks is also the same woman I spoke with on the phone who got snippy with me. It was an AWFUL experience.

Manager walked in and saw customers and didn’t attempt to help the staff… I think the empty parking lot shouldve been a warning. Chicken fries were skinnier than my pinky and nuggets were dryer than a girl you’re texting that’s not interested in you. So yeah have fun trying this place out

Second time I pass by here and it’s always closed at 10, google says 10:30 and their ad on the window says 11, owner should look into this, I was ready to get a few meals for me and the family but they are always close way earlier, I was there by 10, I noticed the shut the outside lights manually as I drive in so people don’t try to come in anymore
