Stopped by yesterday morning they gave me the wrong sandwich and with out the extra cheese the charged me for I hate sausage so I tossed it in the trash went in aging this morning and ordered the same thing but I told them about yesterday thinking they would make things right but the didn’t charged me full price. I’m order number 11 today. I’m trying to call your establishment but no answer and mailbox full so I can’t make a formal complaint. We usually like the food but today was simply gross. The burger wasn’t fresh and it had too much mayonnaise and the lettuce was wilted to liquid. The paper was so wet that it was stained the counter from the bag. With the bun being soggy, we just stopped trying and ate the patty. I usually have a good experience through this drive through but not today. Is there any way you could make this right? Also, go easy on the salt when seasoning the fries. We ate those but had to wipe the excess off.

I can’t deal with this location anymore. My past 10 consecutive orders have always had items missing. And every time I try calling the phone number which has recently changed no one answers the phone. When in drive through I asked them if all the items are there because I don’t want to search the bag myself and take up more time on their drive-thru timer that I know they have. And I take them at their word which is a mistake. Quite literally none of the employees at this location are checking the order to make sure it’s correct when they’re handing it out. This time it was mozzarella sticks last time it was an entire meal the time before that it was a burger the time before that another meal. For this to be happening every time like this is ridiculous. I know they’re busy and I know mistakes happen. But when it happens every single time it’s no longer a mistake it’s habit and I can’t do it anymore.
