Very friendly staff, unique and colorful atmosphere. Perfect stop for a quick Mexican style meal. Large portions of freshly prepared ingredients. We ordered a grilled steak salad and a shredded chicken salad, large pieces of both, and both with all the ingredients, tasty. They line the aluminum tray with a flour tortilla, a nice touch instead of eating off the aluminum pan. We didn’t eat them but you could. They have bottles of Tabasco, Cholula and a few others to spice up your dish.

Grabbed some late-night food here. Highly recommended by a friend, and I was not disappointed. Even as close to closing as they were, the food was incredibly fresh, and so tasty! The tortillas were amazing. I got them as part of tacos, but I could have eaten them by themselves. I would eat here all the time if I lived close to one!

This Park City Cafe Rio needs help. Place was filthy, fountain drink machine had flat drinks, out of ice and slow service. The serving line was also filthy and needed refreshing. Sad to see of such a popular restaurant.

i went on Saturday and My burrito and salad had very little meat and I’m paying a lot for it. I worked at cafe rio before and I know that much meat she put on was a small amount. Doesn’t make sense. I Asked a girl that had dark brown hair how much meat goes on the entrees and she rolls her eyes and I don’t even get an answer. I also asked for an extra side of ranch and she just ignores me. That cafe rio needs better customer service.

As far as Cafe Rios go, this is a Cafe Rio located in Park City. It’s in a shopping center and it serves the food that Cafe Rio serves. I was grateful that they stayed open on the 4th of July, but I also was bummed that their employees had to work on the 4th of July, but I also realized that a lot of people who work in restaurants in Park City don’t really like the 4th of July, and so by the time I left this Cafe Rio on the 4th of July in the late afternoon, I was still a little buzzed from celebrating the 4th of July in Park City.
