Very disappointing. Poor customer service. Chicken Philly was bland and Garlic Parmesan Wings were both bland and blah! My spouse had a very undercooked burger that was tasteless along with Honey Garlic Pepper wings that were bland.

Just paid 30 dollars for the driest tiniest wings I’ve ever had, they just tasted flavorless like they have been sitting out for hours under a heat lamp on top of whoever cooked them must have walked away from the fryer and forgot about them or something because it was like biting into rock the wings were so old and hard. Also if your wings come out in 5 minutes that means there not fresh. If you want American Deli, go across the road to American Deli same garbage that this place sells. At least there it’s a little cheaper. The only positive thing I can say is service up front was ok.

Food is always good, the staff in very nice and accommodating. Definitely my #1 wings spot now. I’ve had carry out and I’ve dined-in. Dining if, gives u a restaurant feel, as in they bring your order to your table, as well as pick up your food/trash once it’s time to leave. ($50-$60 for my husband, two kids who eat like an adult, and myself)

Being a business owner, you look for things in other business establishments that you would want to see in your own compnay. With that being said, I must admit that I have seen this place a million times and never went inside. I decided to try it and It was really good. The location was clean and the owner was amazingly nice. She had a great spirit and even gave me free drinks. The customer service was great. The cashier suggested things and even upsold me on additonal things to add to complinemt my meal! SoI would definately recommend and will be going back to patronize this business.

I ordered my food and took it home to enjoy it but my rice was missing the shrimp. The Asian lady was nice about replacing my rice. However when my son picked up the rice the black chic came out the back and said”She know she ate those shrimp!” As if I gotta lie about 5 or 6 shrimp! I have shrimp in the freezer! The food was okay not great and soda machine was out of most drinks. But the lady at counter was extremely rude to another customer. Told him just take the menu and go because he didn’t know what he wanted and was taking to long. He was standing to the side not even blocking the line or anything she was just very disrespectful to him. After seeing how she treated a customer I will definitely never go back.
