Got the cajun peeled shrimp. Love how the chef took his time although he was very busy for presentation. Everyone was kind and helpful if you have questions. Authentic seafood at its best. Thank you for your hard work.

I’m rating from earlier this year. My experience was overall quick and pleasant despite that the cashier appeared to look like he didn’t want to work. It was pretty steady so it wasn’t insanely busy. I ordered a tray (shrimp, lobster, and sausage) .. I saw the workers checked my tray to make sure it’s all there and correct. So I didn’t bother to look before I left the mall. Got home and saw that they forgot the sausage which I paid for. It was very upsetting. Had two workers double checked my order with the receipt before passing along to me. So disappointed. I did love the flavors. I haven’t been back since then. This first time experience has made me dodge this place whenever I’m at the mall. Not sure if I’ll be back again. One simple mistake was a huge disappointment for me.

When we saw this place open, we thought it was a good idea to stop here. I am so glad we did, since not only was there friendly employees, but I really enjoyed my food. I had the fried catfish, not only was it fried completely, but it was filling as well. I think it’ll be cool to check them out again sometime.

Ordered the shrimp boil as mild. Well very very spicy!!!! If that was mild I sure hate to see what spicy is. I’m not able to enjoy my food because it’s extremely spicy. Food is good but need to hold off on the spice when a customer orders mild.

The food was good. The guy manager was great. However , I think the girl cashiers should be trained in customer service. You don’t keep saying ” is that it?” Like your rushing the customers order. They seem very rude and unwelcoming.

Went here today and tried the gator nuggets and Cajun potatoes. The food was delicious, and the employees were friendly and energetic. The only issue was a long wait time for the food, but it wasn’t a big deal. Maybe 10 minutes. I would recommend giving this place a try!

I ordered 1 lb of crawfish. They’re precooked and each tail tasted like a spoonful of salt. The corn is likely bought frozen and precooked too. The potatoes aren’t freshly boiled but fried, also precooked and bought frozen. The sauce has a strong flavor of store bought hot sauce. I wouldn’t order this again.

Wasn’t as good as I thought . Cashiers should be a little more friendly seemed like she had a attitude. I traveled way from northwest suburbs for this and all I could tell my kids is we’ve had better. I support black business but all business ain’t good business. Gotta work on the flavor part.

Lobster tail uncooked in spots and over cooked in others . I dont know what is happening. But i warned them that can make you sick. Raw seafood. Just fry everything! Dont make the full menu…people will be happy with fried food in a mall because it is different . Also my potatoes were all cut and different sizes and shapes and only some of the potatoes were done and the others weren’t then the corn was mushy the whole experience was bad.
